Lord Krishna says He is the essence of all things in existence.

Yoga is not just about asanas; it’s a practice of awareness, connection, and feeling the divine presence in everyday life. Nature offers the perfect setting to experience this union. In silence, it becomes easier to feel the touch of the wind, the fragrance of soil, and the vastness of the sky. These moments remind us how blessed we are to pause, breathe, and reflect.

This is why I go trekking — to practice yoga beyond the mat, to feel Krishna’s essence in every element, and to reconnect with the simple joys of existence that often go unnoticed. It’s a journey of grounding, renewal, and gratitude for the life within and around me. 🌄🧘‍♀️

Last year I watched a video of Guruji on YouTube practicing Sirsasana with the support of a pillar. It made me wonder how he came up with such incredible techniques—his teachings are truly inspiring. Since then, I've been exploring different props to refine my Sirsasana practice.

Using a tree to support my knuckles and make contact with different parts of my spine has helped me refine my pelvic alignment, adjust my head position, and deepen my breath awareness. Practicing with nature elevates the experience to a whole new level. 🌳🧘‍♀️✨
