Radhikabai Meghe Memorial College of Nursing (SRMMCON) was established in 2002-2003 with annual intake of 30 for Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course under the ambit of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. Nursing was started to provide the diploma nurses an opportunity to upgrade their education status. This was the first College in Vidarbha region to start Post Graduate Course in Nursing under the ambit of Maharashtra University of Health .

SRMMCON was established in the year 2002 for Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course and in 2005 Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing was started to provide the diploma nurses a remarkable opportunity to further upgrade their education status through exceptional and superior quality education. The college became the first institution to start Post Graduate Course in Nursing under the ambit of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Nashik in 2007. With the feasibility of multispecialty and super-specialty services rendered and accessed by parent hospital Acharya Vinoba Bhave Rural Hospital, the college aspires to develop into being the center of excellence for training in nursing education and become the Top-notch Nursing College in Wardha.
