As parents, we often wonder about the right amount of toothpaste to use for our little ones' teeth. The good news? It's simple!

👶 For kids under 3 years old: Use a tiny smear of fluoride toothpaste, about the size of a grain of rice. This small amount is safe and effective for cleaning their teeth.

👦 For kids ages 3-6: You can increase to a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste. This ensures they're getting enough fluoride to protect against cavities while still being safe.

💡 Tip: Always supervise your child while brushing and teach them to spit out the toothpaste, not swallow it.
