Young lady with history of bleeding pv continuously since 4 months post delivery came with USG report of ?RPOC ? endometrial polyp. Diagnostic hysteroscopy done and we found out fibroid polyp with broad base of uterus. Hysteroscopically polypectomy done & patient was discharged next day with no bleeding.
