Shri Vasantrao Naik Government Medical College Yavatmal (SVNGMC Yavatmal) is a college in Vidarbha region of the Maharashtra state of India that provides medical education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It is named after the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Late Shri. SVNGMC Yavatmal is in [Yavatmal] city which is a district place in the state of Maharashtra. It was established in 1989 and is recognized by MCI. After successful completion of the course, which consist of 54 months of active learning and 12 months of training (internship) students are awarded MBBS, MD, MS degrees (bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery)
Infrastrure:
1. Out Patient Department Complex with 12 well-equipped operation theaters

10. Postgraduate facility: M.S. [Ophthalmology], M.S. [E.N.T.], M.D. [Pediatrics], M.D. [F.M.T] and six more faculties are likely to be included
11. CT scan, ICCU, Blood Bank, ART (Anti Retroviral Treatment) facilities are available
12. Hostels for boys, girls and resident doctors
Each year 100 students are admitted on the basis of common merit list of entrance test. The college is regulated by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik (MUHS Nashik), which regulate all medical colleges in the state. The MUHS Nashik college code for SVNGMC Yavatmal is 1507.
