40 yr male with h/o blunt trauma 3 months ago presented with difficulty in walking with absent planter flexion and posterior depression. Diagnosis confirmed on usg stating chronic tendoacilles tear with >3cm defect. Patient operated with V-Y lengthening of tendoachilles with FHL tendon transfer for extra strength.

27y male having h/o fall, suffered lumbar vertebral L4 wedge compression fracture with cord compression on MRI and having power loss in lower limbs was referred to me for further mx and was operated with lumbar spine pedicle screw fixation with cord decompression. Patient has no neurodeficit post-op and is walking normally after 3 months.

35 year male patient with history of accident came to me after 1.5 months of injury with diagnosis of neglected dislocation of 2nd,3rd,4th and 5th carpo metacarpal joints who was advised to consult a hand surgeon in metro city before he consulted me. I operated him with minimal implant (k wires) and excellent reduction was achieved. 2 month post surgery he is having full range of motion and is back to his work.
