A case of SMILE HOMOEO CLINIC -YAVATMAL
Female Patient aged 46 years having right side headache alternate with left side ,right> left, at specific point around nape of neck since many years.., sudden onset, modalities-< worry, outings,walking,strong odour, sunrise
Better> by mild wraping,with sleep,dark area
Thermal -ambi towards chilly.
Pro.diagnosis - migraine ( chronic headache)
B.p.120/80 mmhg
Previous investigation- hb.is 11percent.
Ctscan normal..no nay other known disease except chronic headache
Line of treatment
27/07/2019- thuja 200 one dose state followed by ferrum phos 200 (3 p) ,r 2 pills bd for one week.
Followed by f.p.200(single dose) and r2 pills bd for one month.

20 percent better. Still she has to take pain killer for headache.
Rx. Ct same.

Rx.
strontium 200 ( single dose )weekly for one month..
Placebo 4 pille everyday for a month

80 percent better in symptoms.she is not taking pain killer then...patient is very satisfied with d symptoms.
Now looking forward for her Mother's and husband's treatment .
Rx.. Ct same for a month.
