🦴Clavicle fracture usually treated conservatively with an arm sling. However, there are certain indications for surgical fixation, including complex fractures with significant shortening and displacement. Here, a 28-year-old male presented with a complex segmental fracture of the clavicle and we fixed the fracture using a plate and screws

A 24-year-old woman with constant pain and clicking in her knee joint, affecting her daily life. All investigations, including MRI, were negative. I performed arthroscopy based solely on the clinical examination which revealed a tough medial, supra-patellar, and infra-patellar plica syndrome. So we killed them all😉

We will soon begin performing shoulder arthroplasty for the first time in Sulaymaniyah. This procedure has been conducted only a few times in Iraq overall.

🦴شکاوی بەشی سەرەوەی ئێسکی ران ، شکانێکی زۆر باوە لە کەسانی بەساڵاچوودا بەتایبەت لە دەوروبەری تەمەنی ٧٠ ساڵیدا، زۆرجار بەهۆی کەوتنێکی سادەوەیە و زۆرجار پەیوەندی بە پووکانەوەی چری ئێسکەوە هەیە.
🦴 باشترە هەمیشە نەشتەرگەری بۆ بکرێت، (تەنانەت لە نەخۆشی سەر جێگاش) و لە ماوەی ٢ ڕۆژدا!
🦴ئێستا ئەم نەشتەرگەرییە دەتوانرێت لە ڕێگەی چەند بڕینێکی بچووکەوە بکرێت بە بەکارهێنانی شیشی ناو ئێسک، ئەمەش ڕێگە بە نەخۆشەکان دەدات ڕۆژێک دوای نەشتەرگەرییەکە بتوانن بە پێ خۆیان بڕۆن.

Intertrochanteric fx, a very common fracture in the 🦴elderly, particularly around the age of 70, often resulting from a simple fall and frequently associated with osteoporosis
🦴it is always preferable to surgically fix it, (even in bedridden patients) and within 2 days
🦴Nowadays, this fracture can be treated through a few small incisions using an intramedullary nail, allowing patients to walk the day after the operation.

🦴بەکارهێنانی شیشی تیتانیۆمی بۆ شکاوی ئێسک لە منداڵان (تەمەنی نێوان 2 بۆ 12 ساڵ بە گشتی) یەکێکە لە ڕێگاکانی نەشتەرگەری جێگیرکردنی شکانی ئێسک. ئەم تەکنیکە دەتوانرێت لە ڕێگەی بڕینێکی زۆر بچووکەوە ئەنجام بدرێت و کەمترین زیان بە شانەکانی دیکە دەگەیەنێت.
ئەم نەخۆشەمان تەمەنی 9 ساڵ بووە.

🦴Using elastic titanium nails for children (aged between 2 and 12 years old roughly) is generally considered a favorable method for fixing long bone fractures. This technique can be performed through a very small incision, minimizing tissue damage. Here, our patient was 9 years old.
