Job Title: Maintenance & Logistics Officer
Reports to: HR & Administration Supervisor
Location: Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq
Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities:
-Manage day-to-day office operations and facility maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and functional working environment.
-Conduct daily inspections to identify, report, and follow up on broken items, maintenance issues, untidiness, or unclean areas.
-Oversee and track preventive and corrective maintenance of the building and facilities.
-Collaborate with operational and administrative teams to support Medical Complex operations.
-Monitor daily cleaning activities performed by housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
-Monitor and follow up on security patrols and tours within the building.
-Plan and oversee logistics operations, including transportation, deliveries, and inventory management.
-Manage procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, quotation collection,
negotiations, and purchase order processing.
-Prepare Purchase Requests (PRs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and track departmental purchase requests.
-Monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of office supplies, equipment, and other required materials.
-Maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure continuous availability of essential supplies.
-Oversee asset management, including allocation, tracking, maintenance, and proper documentation of company assets.
-Assist in procuring office supplies, furniture, equipment, and other items by coordinating with vendors and obtaining competitive quotations.
-Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and facility standards.
-Prepare basic reports related to maintenance, logistics, procurement, and inventory when required.
-Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
-Education
Bachelor degree in relevant fields or similar work background
-Experience
Two years of experience in logistics or maintenance
-Language
-Fluency in written and oral Kurdish
-Arabic & English would be plus
