عملية رفع انزلاق غضروفي عنقي مع زرع غضروف صناعي ACDF
تعتبر من الخيارات المهمة لحل اغلب مشاكل الفقرات العنقية و تشمل:
1️⃣الانزلاق الغضروفي العنقي
2️⃣تضيق الفقرات العنقية

وتتم هذه العملية بأستخدام معدات خاصة و المجهر الجراحي ، هذا الفيديو مدتة تقريبا ٢-٣ دقائق و تم تسريع الفيديو و أقوم بأجراء هذه العملية بوقت ١٠-١٥ دقيقة ، صح الوقت قصير و لكن الكثير من التحضيرات تسبق هذه الفيديو و تكون بحدود ٤٠-٦٠ دقيقة اضافة إلى الخبرة و الحرفية في اجراء مثل هذه العمليات
دقة و حرفية العملية تشمل بأزالة التضيق و إظهار الحبل الشوكية و توسيعة كما مبين بالفيديو

Cervical Disc Surgery (ACDF) ✨
Many neck problems that cause pain, numbness, or weakness in the arms can be solved with this advanced surgery. It is used for:
✅ Cervical disc herniation (slipped disc)
✅ Narrowing of the cervical canal (stenosis)

🔬 The surgery is done with special instruments and a surgical microscope. In the video, the steps are shown in just 2–3 minutes, but in reality, the operation itself takes about 10–15 minutes, after 40–60 minutes of careful preparation.
