• تكشف الأنماط المهمة تشخيصيًا، مو بس وجود الأجسام المضادة ( اكثر من ١٠٠ نوع من الاجسام المضادة )

وهنا مثال لمريض يظهر عندة ، F-actin , Sp100 لو تم عمل الفحص بواسط mono specific test(ELISA ,Euroline)
راح يكون Negative , لان عدد antigens , يكون محدود بهذه الطرق

فحص HEp-2 IFT = أفضل وأدق وسيلة لفحص ANA

هو مرض مناعي ذاتي نادر، يحدث لما جهاز المناعي يهاجم مستقبلات خاصة بالعضلات، وهذا يسبب ضعف بالعضلات يزداد مع الجهد ويتحسن مع الراحة.
