GlobeMed Group successfully held its 2025 Executive Seminar titled “Reinforcing our Regional Presence”, attended by H.E. Mr. Michel Pharaon, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Roger Nasnas, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Board Member Mr. Mounir Kharma, alongside General Managers and Executives from GlobeMed’s 11 regional operations. The seminar took place at Phoenicia Hotel in Beirut, Lebanon.
In his opening remarks, H.E. Mr. Pharaon emphasized 2025 as a pivotal year for expansion and innovation. He highlighted emerging opportunities across multiple markets, including the evolving mandatory health coverage in the Gulf, and key challenges facing the developing health sector such as inflation and the rising cost of cancer treatments, which necessitate tailored cost containment measures such as the adoption of value-based care models for cost-effective quality healthcare. He added, “As we look back at the past 30 years and ahead to 2026 and beyond, we will remain the keystone in keeping up with the future of health insurance needs in the region, developing new business and service models that meet the needs of the millions of insured members through our regional clients in both the private and public sectors”.
The General Managers of all the GlobeMed franchised operations presented robust financial performance for 2024 and outlined their strategic roadmap for 2025 and beyond. Furthermore, the seminar announced the official relaunch of GlobeMed Gulf in the UAE and the rollout of AI-enabled features to GlobeMed’s health insurance management system, GENIX, along with the introduction of major enhancements and new initiatives. Additionally, it was an opportunity for GlobeMed Lebanon to honor Gen Re for their support in key initiatives in Lebanon. The seminar was concluded with a luxurious, nature-inspired dinner at the Beirut Hippodrome.

تعزيزاً لإلتزامنا المستمر بتقديم خدمة متميّزة للهيئات الضامنة والعملاء المؤمّنين لدى هذه الهيئات، نظمت غلوب مد العراق مؤخراً ورشة عمل تدريبية لفريق خدمة العملاء تحت عنوان "تحسين تجربة العملاء".
ركّزت ورشة العمل على تعزيز مهارات التواصل وتزويد المشاركين بأساليب نظرية وأدوات عملية لحل المشاكل بفعالية وبإحترافيّة. أشرف على التدريب مجموعة من الخبراء من فريق العمل ما يعكس إلتزامنا الراسخ بتطوير قدرات فريق العمل بصورة مستمرة.

In line with our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients and their insured members, GlobeMed Iraq recently held a dynamic training workshop for its customer care team under the theme “Elevating Customer Experience.”
The workshop focused on enhancing communication skills, engaging attendees with theoretical methods and practical tools for resolving concerns efficiently and professionally. The workshop was led by experts from the team, reflecting the organization’s strong belief in the importance of continuous learning and development of its workforce.
