Job Profile: Sales Supervisor
Company: Leading International (Distributor of Labo Suisse & The Purest Company)
Location: Baghdad Area (Baghdad, Diyala, Ramadi)
Responsibilities (Tasks):
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
Manage and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region.
Plan and execute marketing activities to promote company products effectively.
Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring optimal team performance.
Requirements:
Pharmacist with a valid degree and license.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling derma-cosmetic products.
Must own a car and have a valid driving license.
Strong knowledge of the local market in the area (Baghdad, Diyala, Ramadi).
Fluency in English proficiency is an advantage.
Competencies:
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving goals.
