من الحالات النادرة جدا ، المريض ر. أ يعاني من ورم عظمي كبير جدا مسبب ضغط كبير على العصب البصري وتشوه بمحجر العين ..أجريت عملية استئصال الورم العظمي بالناظور مع فتح خارجي بعملية استغرقت ٤ ساعات وتم إنقاذ عين المريض وأخرج متحسنا اليوم التالي
This is interesting case of young pt.with very large ethmoid_orbit osteoma with stretching optic n.
Endoscopic surgery done by drilling ethmoid part and freeing it all around but it was adherently attached to periorbita and it's removal cause orbital damage...consent taken for second stage surgery by open approach and remove the rest of it
