30 years married female presented to the ED with sudden sever generalized abdominal pain radiated to the back (inter-scapular) area associated with single attack of vomiting and no bowel motion .

PSH -ve
Drug allergy -ve

O/E
Distended abdomen
Tympanic on percussion
No localized tenderness
Guarding abdomen
Mild feverish
In pain

Investigations
WBC ➡️13000
Hb➡️ 12mg/dl
Abdominal x-ray in erect position ⬇️⬇️
