عميد طب بابل يتفقد سير الامتحانات النهائية للمرحلتين الثانية والرابعة
​
​تستمر كلية الطب في جامعة بابل بأداء الامتحانات النهائية (الفاينل) لطلبتها للعام الدراسي الحالي، وسط أجواء أكاديمية ملائمة وتنظيم عالي المستوى يضمن انسيابية العملية الامتحانية.
​حيث أدى طلبة المرحلة الثانية اليوم امتحان مادة (الأجنة)، في حين خاض طلبة المرحلة الرابعة امتحان مادة (الجراحة).
​وفي إطار المتابعة الميدانية المستمرة، أجرى عميد الكلية، الأستاذ الدكتور مهند عباس الشلاه، جولة تفقدية للقاعات الامتحانية للاطلاع عن كثب على سير الامتحانات، والوقوف على طبيعة الأسئلة ومدى توفر المستلزمات اللوجستية والراحة للطلبة لضمان أدائهم الامتحانات بأفضل صورة ممكنة.

تدريسي في طب بابل يترأس جلسة علمية في المؤتمر الطبي المشترك (CReDO) ببغداد

شارك الأستاذ الاستشاري الدكتور علي البياتي ، التدريسي في كلية الطب بجامعة بابل، في أعمال المؤتمر العلمي الثاني (CReDO) ، الذي عُقد في العاصمة بغداد للفترة من 14 إلى 15 أيار 2026، حيث ترأس إحدى الجلسات العلمية الرئيسية للمؤتمر.
شهد المؤتمر حضوراً واسعاً ونوعياً لنخبة من الأطباء الاستشاريين، الأكاديميين، وأصحاب الاختصاص من مختلف المحافظات العراقية، وجاء بتنظيم مشترك بين عدد من الجهات والجمعيات الطبية الرائدة، وهي:
•جمعية القلب والصدر العراقية.
•الجمعية العراقية للسكري والغدد الصم.
• الجمعية العراقية لأمراض وزرع الكلى.
•المركز الوطني للسكري.

تميز المؤتمر بأجواء علمية تفاعلية رفيعة المستوى، تخللتها جلسات نقاشية مستفيضة ومحاضرات تخصصية ركزت على ثلاثة محاور طبية إستراتيجية:
1-أمراض السكري والغدد الصم: تم تسليط الضوء على أحدث بروتوكولات العلاج والمستجدات الطبية الكفيلة بتحسين جودة رعاية المرضى.
2-أمراض القلب والصدر: جرى استعراض التقنيات الحديثة والمبتكرة في مجالي التشخيص والعلاجات السريرية.
3-أمراض وزرع الكلى: ركزت النقاشات على تبادل الرؤى والأفكار العلمية لتذليل العقبات وتطوير هذا القطاع الطبي الحيوي في العراق.
تأتي هذه المشاركة الفاعلة لتدريسيي كلية الطب في إطار تعزيز الحضور العلمي للمؤسسة الأكاديمية في المحافل الطبية الوطنية، وتبادل الخبرات مع مختلف المراكز البحثية والجمعيات التخصصية بما يخدم الواقع الصحي في البلاد.

A Faculty Member at the College of Medicine, University of Babylon Chairs a Scientific Session at the Joint Medical Conference (CReDO) in Baghdad

Professor Consultant Dr. Ali Al-Bayati, a faculty member at the College of Medicine, University of Babylon, participated in the activities of the Second Scientific Conference (CReDO), which was held in Baghdad from May 14–15, 2026, where he chaired one of the conference’s main scientific sessions.

The conference witnessed broad and distinguished participation from leading consultant physicians, academics, and specialists from various Iraqi provinces. It was jointly organized by several prominent medical societies and institutions, including:

• Iraqi Cardiology and Thoracic Society
• Iraqi Society of Diabetes and Endocrinology
• Iraqi Society of Nephrology and Kidney Transplantation
• National Diabetes Center

The conference was characterized by a highly interactive scientific atmosphere, featuring extensive discussion panels and specialized lectures focusing on three major medical themes:
1. Diabetes and Endocrinology:
Discussions highlighted the latest treatment protocols and recent medical advances aimed at improving the quality of patient care.
2. Cardiology and Thoracic Diseases:
Modern and innovative diagnostic and clinical therapeutic techniques were reviewed.
3. Kidney Diseases and Transplantation:
The sessions focused on exchanging scientific insights and ideas to overcome challenges and further develop this vital medical field in Iraq.

This active participation by faculty members of the College of Medicine reflects the institution’s commitment to strengthening its scientific presence in national medical forums and enhancing collaboration and knowledge exchange with research centers and specialized medical societies in support of the healthcare sector in Iraq.

استمرار الامتحانات التقويمية لطلبة المرحلة السادسة في طب بابل

تواصل كلية الطب في جامعة بابل إقامة الامتحانات التقويمية النهائية لطلبة المرحلة السادسة وذلك وسط أجراءات تنظيمية ولوجستية عالية المستوى لضمان سير العملية الامتحانية بكل انسيابية ونجاح.

وقد أجرى السيد عميد الكلية، الأستاذ الدكتور مهند عباس الشلاه ، جولة تفقّدية مباشرة للقاعات الامتحانية، يرافقه أعضاء اللجنة الوزارية المكلفة بمتابعة سير الامتحانات التقويمية. واطلع السيد العميد واللجنة الزائرة على طبيعة الأسئلة الامتحانية، وتوفر الأجواء الملائمة للطلبة، ومدى الالتزام بالتعليمات والضوابط الوزارية الصادرة عن وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.

مساعد رئيس جامعة بابل للشؤون العلمية يتفقد سير الامتحانات النهائية للدراسات العليا في كلية الطب

استقبل السيد عميد كلية الطب بجامعة بابل، الأستاذ الدكتور مهند عباس الشلاه ، السيد مساعد رئيس الجامعة للشؤون العلمية، الأستاذ الدكتور محمد منصور الخفاجي ، مع اللجنة الجامعية لمتابعة الأمتحانات النهائية في زيارة تفقدية للاطلاع على سير الامتحانات النهائية للكورس الثاني لطلبة الدراسات العليا ( الماجستير، والدكتوراه) للعام الدراسي الحالي.

وشملت الزيارة جولة ميدانية في القاعات الامتحانية، وقف خلالها السيد المساعد العلمي والسيد العميد على طبيعة الأسئلة ومدى شموليتها للمناهج الدراسية، بالإضافة إلى تفقد البيئة اللوجستية والخدمية المقدمة للطلبة لضمان أداء الامتحانات في أجواء مريحة وهادئة.
بعدها أطلع السيد المساعد على آلية عمل اللجنة الامتحانية المركزية وتوثيق السجلات والماستر شيت.
من جانبه، أعرب السيد عميد الكلية، الأستاذ الدكتور مهند عباس الشلاه ، عن شكره وتقديره لرئاسة الجامعة لدعمها المستمر ومتابعتها الميدانية الدؤوبة، مؤكداً أن الكلية تسعى دائماً للحفاظ على الرصانة العلمية وتوفير أعلى معايير الجودة الأكاديمية لطلبتها.
حيث صرح السيد المساعد العلمي، الأستاذ الدكتور محمد منصور الخفاجي "إن ما شهدناه اليوم في كلية الطب يعكس التزاماً عالياً بالتعليمات الوزارية وتوفيراً مثالياً للمستلزمات الضرورية، مشيداً بالجهود المبذولة من قبل عمادة الكلية واللجان الامتحانية لإنجاح العملية الامتحانية بدقة وانسيابية عالية".
Assistant President of the University of Babylon for Scientific Affairs Inspects Final Postgraduate Examinations at the College of Medicine

The Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Babylon, Professor Dr. Mohend Abbass Al-Shalah, received the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Mohammed Mansour Al-Khafaji,With the University Committee for Following Up on Final Exams during an inspection visit to review the progress of the final examinations for the second course of postgraduate students (Master’s and PhD programs) for the current academic year.

The visit included a field tour of the examination halls, during which the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs and the Dean reviewed the nature of the examination questions and their comprehensiveness in covering the academic curriculum. They also inspected the logistical and service environment provided to students to ensure that examinations were conducted in a calm and comfortable atmosphere.

Following that, the Assistant President reviewed the mechanism of the Central Examination Committee, including the documentation procedures, records, and master sheets.

For his part, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Mohend Abbass Al-Shalah, expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the University Presidency for its continuous support and diligent field follow-up, affirming that the College consistently seeks to maintain academic excellence and provide the highest standards of academic quality for its students.

Professor Dr. Mohammed Mansour Al-Khafaji stated:

“What we have witnessed today at the College of Medicine reflects a high level of commitment to ministerial instructions and an ideal provision of the necessary requirements. ​تواصل كلية الطب في جامعة بابل أداء الامتحانات النهائية (الفاينل) لطلبتها بمختلف المراحل الدراسية للعام الدراسي الحالي، وسط أجواء تنظيمية وعلمية عالية المستوى، وبمتابعة ميدانية مباشرة من قبل السيد عميد الكلية، الأستاذ الدكتور مهند عباس الشلاه.
​حيث أجرى السيد العميد جولات تفقدية مستمرة للقاعات الامتحانية واللجان الفرعية، التقى خلالها بالطلبة والملاكات التدريسية المشرفة على المراقبة، مطلعاً بشكل مباشر على طبيعة الأسئلة ومدى شموليتها للمناهج المقررة، فضلاً عن التأكد من توفير كافة المستلزمات اللوجستية والخدمية التي تضمن راحة الطلبة وأداء امتحاناتهم دون أي عوائق.
​وفي تصريح له خلال جولته، أكد الأستاذ الدكتور مهند عباس الشلاه:

Final Examinations Continue at the College of Medicine, University of Babylon

The College of Medicine at the University of Babylon continues conducting the final examinations for students across all academic stages for the current academic year, in a highly organized and academically distinguished environment, under the direct field supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Mohend Abbass Al-Shalah.

The Dean carried out continuous inspection tours of the examination halls and subcommittees, during which he met with students and teaching staff supervising the examinations. He directly reviewed the nature of the examination questions and their comprehensiveness in covering the prescribed curricula, in addition to ensuring the availability of all logistical and service requirements necessary to guarantee students’ comfort and enable them to perform their examinations without any obstacles.

During his tour, Professor Dr. Mohend Abbass Al-Shalah stated:

“The College Deanship is fully committed to providing an ideal examination environment that aligns with the standards of academic integrity while ensuring the psychological and physical comfort of our dear students. وحدة الإرشاد النفسي في طب بابل تقيم ندوة بعنوان الطب والإنسان

ضمن إطار السعي المستمر لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وبإشراف السيد عميد كلية الطب الأستاذ الدكتور مهند عباس الشلاه، أقامت وحدة الإرشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي ، بالتعاون مع شعبة المكتبة ، ندوة توعوية وثقافية حملت عنوان (الطب والإنسان).
شهدت الندوة حضوراً متميزاً، وحاضر فيها كل من التدريسيات:

م.م. زهراء عايد ناهي

تناولت الندوة تسليط الضوء على الجانب الإنساني الأصيل في مهنة الطب، وركزت ضرورة الجمع بين المعرفة العلمية الرصينة وقيم الرحمة والأخلاق عند التعامل مع المرضى والتأكيد على أن دور الطبيب لا يقتصر على تقديم العلاج العضوي فحسب، بل يمتد ليشمل تقديم الدعم النفسي والإنساني للمريض والتركيز على أهمية فن التواصل والحضور الإيجابي للطبيب في تخفيف معاناة المرضى مع استعراض بعض الفنون التي بدأت تندمج وتتكامل مع الرحلة العلاجية كالرسم والموسيقى، لما لها من أثر كبير في إضفاء طابع من الهدوء وتحسين الحالة النفسية للمرضى.

هدفت الندوة بتشجيع بناء بيئة طبية قائمة على الاحترام المتبادل والتعاطف، بما يضمن تقديم أفضل الخدمات الإنسانية والصحية للمجتمع.
يأتي إقامة هذه الفعالية تماشياً مع رؤية الجامعة في تطبيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة للأمم المتحدة، و
الهدف الحادي عشر المتعلق ببناء مجتمعات محلية أكثر استدامة وتماسكاً.
الهدف السادس عشر الداعي إلى تعزيز السلام، والعدالة، وبناء المؤسسات القوية والفاعلة.
Psychological Counseling Unit at Babylon Medical College Holds Seminar Titled “Medicine and Humanity”

As part of the ongoing efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Mohend Abbass Al-Shalah, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, in cooperation with the Library Division, organized an educational and cultural seminar entitled “Medicine and Humanity.”

The seminar witnessed distinguished attendance and was delivered by the following lecturers:
• Assistant Lecturer Maryam Amer Hefthi
• Assistant Lecturer Hawraa Nima Kamal
• Assistant Lecturer Zahraa Ayed Nahi

The seminar highlighted the authentic humanitarian aspect of the medical profession, emphasizing the importance of combining solid scientific knowledge with compassion and ethical values when dealing with patients. It stressed that the physician’s role is not limited to providing physical treatment alone, but also extends to offering psychological and human support to patients.

The seminar also focused on the importance of communication skills and the positive presence of physicians in alleviating patients’ suffering. In addition, it reviewed several forms of art that have increasingly become integrated into the therapeutic journey, such as painting and music, due to their significant role in creating a sense of calmness and improving patients’ psychological well-being.

The seminar aimed to encourage the establishment of a medical environment based on mutual respect and empathy, ensuring the delivery of the best humanitarian and healthcare services to society.

This activity aligns with the University’s vision in implementing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly:
• Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
• Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.

طب بابل تعلن برامج الدراسات العليا المفتوحة للعام الدراسي 2026-2027

استناداً إلى توجيهات وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، تُعلن عمادة كلية الطب في جامعة بابل عن إطلاق إجراءات التقديم الإلكتروني للدراسات العليا للعام الدراسي (2026/2027)، وذلك اعتباراً من يوم الأحد الموافق 10 آيار 2026 ولغاية يوم الخميس الموافق 11 حزيران 2026 ، ووفقاً لضوابط التقديم والقبول المعتمدة.
ودعت عمادة الكلية الطلبة الراغبين بالتقديم إلى استيفاء كافة المتطلبات والشروط القانونية والعلمية، والاستعداد لإجراء الامتحان التنافسي الذي تقرر إقامته يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 30 حزيران 2026 .
خطة الدراسات العليا المفتوحة في الكلية
تتضمن خطة كلية الطب بجامعة بابل لهذا العام حزمة من البرامج الأكاديمية والمهنية الموزعة على الفروع العلمية المختلفة، وكما يلي:
أولاً: دراسة الدكتوراه (Ph.D):
* دكتوراه في الأحياء المجهرية.

ثانياً: دراسة الماجستير (M.Sc):

وسط أجواء تنظيمية عالية طب بابل تجري الامتحان التقويمي النهائي لطلبة المرحلة السادسة

أجرت كلية الطب في جامعة بابل، الامتحان الوزاري النهائي لطلبة المرحلة السادسة في مادة الطب الباطني ، وسط استنفار تنظيمي وخدمي لضمان توفير الأجواء الملائمة للطلبة.

شهدت القاعات الامتحانية جولة تفقدية بإشراف مباشر من قبل السيد عميد الكلية، الأستاذ الدكتور مهند عباس الشلاه ، يرافقه المعاون العلمي الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور أشرف محمد علي حسين .
وخلال جولته أكد السيد الشلاه حرص الكلية على تذليل كافة العقبات التي قد تواجه الطلبة خلال تأدية امتحاناتهم.

وعلى هامش الامتحان، استقبل السيد العميد اللجنة المشكلة من قبل لجنة عمداء كليات الطب والمكلفة بمتابعة سير الامتحانات التقويمية. حيث أجرت اللجنة جولة ميدانية شملت الاطلاع على القاعات الامتحانية ومدى جهوزيتها وفحص الأجهزة التقنية واللوجستية المستخدمة في العملية الامتحانية ومتابعة سجلات الحضور والغياب والآلية المتبعة في المراقبة.
The College of Medicine at University of Babylon Conducts the Final National Standardized Examination for Sixth-Year Students Amid Highly Organized Conditions

The College of Medicine at University of Babylon conducted the final ministerial examination for sixth-year students in Internal Medicine, amid extensive organizational and service preparations aimed at providing a suitable environment for students.

The examination halls witnessed an inspection tour supervised directly by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Mohend Abbas Al-Shalah, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ashraf Mohammed Ali Hussein. During the tour, Professor Al-Shalah emphasized the college’s commitment to overcoming all obstacles that students might face during their examinations.

On the sidelines of the examination, the Dean received the committee formed by the Committee of Deans of Medical Colleges, which was assigned to monitor the progress of the standardized examinations. The committee conducted a field visit that included reviewing the examination halls and their readiness, inspecting the technical and logistical equipment used in the examination process, and following up on attendance and absence records as well as the monitoring procedures in place.

عمادة كلية الطب تستقبل وفداً من مركز البحوث والدراسات البيئية

في إطار سعي جامعة بابل المستمر لتعزيز أواصر التعاون الأكاديمي والتقني بين مفاصلها المختلفة، استقبل الأستاذ الدكتور مهند عباس الشلاه ، عميد كلية الطب، وفداً رسمياً من مركز البحوث والدراسات البيئية برئاسة الأستاذ المساعد الدكتورة شيماء العبيدي مديرة المركز، وبصحبتها السادة رؤساء الأقسام.

جاءت هذه الزيارة تقديراً للدور الريادي والداعم الذي تقدمه كلية الطب للمركز، حيث أعرب الوفد الزائر عن بالغ شكره وامتنانه للمساندة المستمرة، خاصة في مجالات صيانة الأجهزة المختبرية المتطورة وتسهيل الإجراءات البحثية.

من جانبه، أكد السيد العميد الدكتور مهند عباس الشلاه خلال اللقاء على أن الكلية تضع كافة خبراتها ومختبراتها في خدمة المراكز البحثية التابعة للجامعة والربط بين العلوم الطبية والدراسات البيئية يعد ركيزة أساسية لمعالجة المشكلات الصحية والبيئية المعاصرة ودعم البحث العلمي هو واجب مهني يهدف بالدرجة الأولى إلى رفع اسم جامعة بابل في المحافل الدولية وتعزيز تصنيفها العالمي.

College of Medicine Dean’s Office Receives Delegation from the Center for Environmental Research and Studies

As part of the University of Babylon’s ongoing efforts to strengthen academic and technical cooperation among its various units, Professor Dr. Mohend Abbass Al-Shalah received an official delegation from the Center for Environmental Research and Studies, headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Shimaa Al-Obaidi, accompanied by the heads of the center’s departments.

The visit came in appreciation of the pioneering and supportive role provided by the College of Medicine to the center. The visiting delegation expressed their sincere gratitude and appreciation for the continuous support, particularly in the maintenance of advanced laboratory equipment and the facilitation of research procedures.

For his part, the Dean, during the meeting, emphasized that the college places all its expertise and laboratories at the service of the university’s research centers. He also highlighted that linking medical sciences with environmental studies represents a fundamental pillar in addressing contemporary health and environmental challenges, and that supporting scientific research is a professional duty aimed primarily at enhancing the reputation of the University of Babylon in international forums and improving its global ranking.

At the conclusion of the visit, and in recognition of this fruitful collaboration, the delegation of the Center for Environmental Research and Studies presented a letter of appreciation and a commemorative shield to the Dean, wishing him and the medical institution continued success in serving the educational and research mission in our beloved Iraq.
