Compare between postive Covid 19 patients treatment with group 1 take hydroxychloroquine ; group 2 with Hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin and group3 as control group
They concluded that use of Hydroxychloroqune in combination with azithromycin is very effective for corona with percentage 100%

Antimetabolite which includes
1-folic acid antagonist(methotrexate)
Filoc acid is required for synthesis of nucleotides so giving it's antagonist inhibit formation of DNA&RNA leading to inhibit proliferation of cells
to decrease it's side effect we give with it folinic acid (leucovorin) which is the active form of folic acid that accumulate in normal cells rather than tumor cells.

2-purine antagonist (azathioprine,thioguanine,mercapopurine) which incorporates into DNA and/or RNA lead to formation of non functional nucleic acids.
