It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we bid farewell to Dr. Ralf Wagner—a visionary, a mentor, and a true master of his craft.
Dr. Wagner was more than a colleague; he was a constant source of support, inspiration, and innovation. His unmatched creativity and extraordinary hand skills set a standard that few could ever reach. Whether in the operating room, the training hall, or a quiet moment of guidance, he brought brilliance and compassion to everything he touched.
He believed in pushing boundaries—not for recognition, but for the betterment of patients, students, and the medical community. His legacy lives on in every life he touched, every technique he refined, and every heart he lifted.
We will miss his wisdom, his warmth, and his unwavering belief in the power of collaboration and excellence. Rest in peace, Dr. Wagner. You will forever remain one of the greatest we have ever known

Advanced Spine Endoscopy Training
📍 Location: CMC Hospital Training Center, Erbil
📅 Date: September 29, 2025
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
CMC Hospital is proud to host the second round of its specialized training course in minimally invasive spine endoscopy, reinforcing its role as the first dedicated spine endoscopy training center in Iraq.
This hands-on program will focus on two advanced techniques:
- iLESSYS Technique – Interlaminar approach for lumbar decompression
- TESSYS Technique – Transforaminal access for disc herniation and foraminal stenosis

🛠 Training Highlights:
- Hands-on practice
- Step-by-step procedural guidance
- Technical insights into instrumentation, imaging, and positioning
- Interactive discussion with expert faculty

تفخر مستشفى CMC باستضافة الجولة الثانية من دورتها التدريبية المتخصصة في تنظير العمود الفقري بالتقنيات الأقل تدخلاً، مما يعزز مكانتها كمركز التدريب الأول والوحيد المخصص لتنظير العمود الفقري في العراق.
تركّز هذه الدورة العملية على تقنيتين متقدمتين:
- تقنية iLESSYS – مدخل بين الصفائح لتخفيف الضغط القطني
- تقنية TESSYS – مدخل عبر الثقبة لعلاج انزلاق الغضروف وتضيّق الثقبة

- تدريب عملي مباشر
