This week, I had the profound honor of participating in the care of a precious 15-day-old girl who presented with obstructive uropathy and sepsis due to bilateral obstructive megaureter.

Her tiny body was fighting a big battle — but her strength, along with dedicated teamwork, guided us forward.
The procedure performed was a complex pediatric urological surgery:

I am deeply grateful to share that just one week post-op, her renal function returned to normal, and she has now been discharged safely into the arms of her grateful family. ❤️
