A 60-year-old diabetic patient presenting with severe pain, fever, and unspecified symptoms was referred to our clinic. After a thorough examination by a surgeon, the patient was diagnosed with severe inflammation, necrosis, and cyanosis affecting the entire left foot. Subsequently, surgical intervention was performed, and the case was subsequently transferred to the chronic wound management department. Through a series of comprehensive sessions, we successfully regenerated new tissue, restoring the patient’s ability to resume normal life and walk without any substantial deformities, in both level locally and generally. No scar or loss of sensation with complete regeneration of new tissue.

Attached is a visual representation of the treatment journey from the initial visit to the present.

A 40-year-old diabetic patient with severe foot inflammation, necrosis, and cyanosis underwent surgical reconstruction. The procedure successfully regenerated normal tissue, including nerve tissue, which has the remarkable limited ability to regenerate after necrosis.

A novel xenograft technology played a pivotal role in restoring the patient’s tissues, enabling them to walk normally without any significant deformities or scars.

**Regeneration Medicine**

In the field of regenerative medicine, the ability to regenerate human tissues is a subject of ongoing research and development. The extent of tissue regeneration varies depending on the tissue involved. For instance, it is now possible to generate new blood vessels, nerve endings, muscular tissue, and dermal epidermal tissue through advanced biological treatments.

This remarkable process has been observed in my patients.

Below is an illustration of how this transformation occurs in 60-year-old diabetic patients who visited my clinic in CMC Hospital in past April and have since returned to normal, ordinary lives, free from any disability, deformity, or necrotic areas.

It is noteworthy that their initial recommendation was amputation.

Diabetic patients aged 40, afflicted with severe inflammation and extensive necrosis tissue, underwent a series of treatments utilizing our pioneering biological technology. As a result, we achieved a successful restoration of normal tissue structure, devoid of any scars or deformities. Furthermore, they experienced a complete restoration of their normal sensory functions.

For your reference, I have attached a photograph that demonstrates the remarkable outcomes achieved at our clinic.

Note: The medical consensus was that the patient’s condition was incurable and that amputation was the sole viable option.

لقد تمكن مرضى السكري الذين يبلغون من العمر أربعين عامًا والذين يعانون من التهاب حاد في منطقة باطن القدم، مصحوبًا بنخر واسع النطاق، من الوصول إلى هذه المرحلة من العلاج مؤخرًا باستخدام تقنية بيولوجية رائدة. في السابق، أوصى العديد من الأطباء ببتر القدم. نحن على ثقة من أن المريض سيستعيد قدرته الطبيعية على المشي في المستقبل القريب، مع استعادة الأنسجة وغياب التشوهات.

Forty-year-old diabetic patients with severe inflammation in the lateral plantar region , accompanied by extensive necrosis, have recently achieved this stage of treatment using groundbreaking biological technology. Previously, many clinicians recommended amputation.
