1- Functional Analyst
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary functional support contact for procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales users.
• Handle Tier 1.5 and Tier 2 cases (functional issues, posting errors, workflow failures, batch/expiry problems).
• Diagnose issues, provide solutions, and escalate to technical teams only when necessary.
• Maintain a simple ticket log to track issues, root causes, and recurrence.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and quick guidance for end users.
• Write proper documentations
• Business Process Analysis: Map existing operational processes and identify optimization opportunities
• D365 F&O Configuration: (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse (basic), Sales, and Finance posting profiles.
• Testing & Deployment: Prepare test cases and execute UAT with operations and finance teams
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare short, simple training materials, Deliver monthly refresh training for key users
• Validate data for SSRS or Power BI reports (stock aging, valuation, GRN delays.

2- Learning and Development Specialist
1- Coordinate and organize training and development programs.
2- Identify training needs in coordination with managers.
3- Manage training schedules, nominations, and attendance.
4- Coordinate with training providers and e-learning platforms.
5- Track and document training activities in the HR system.
6- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare basic reports.
7- Communicate training opportunities to employees.
