Job Title: Insurance & Corporate Clients Officer
Reports to: Business Development Manger
Location: 60 Meter Road, Mamostayan Qr., Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq
Position Overview:
The Insurance & Corporate Clients Officer is responsible for delivering professional, courteous, and efficient service to all corporate clients, insurance partners, patients, and internal departments. This role serves as a primary point of contact for corporate and insurance-related matters, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination across medical and administrative departments.
The Officer manages the reception, registration, and follow-up of corporate patients and referred samples, coordinates with relevant medical departments to ensure timely service delivery and turnaround of results, and ensures accurate reporting and communication of outcomes to clients. The role also involves responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining comprehensive records related to insurance and corporate wellness services.
Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities:
• Communicate, greet, and assist corporate clients, patients, visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders professionally across channels.
• Register and pre-register patients, accurately verify and update patient, physician, insurance, and billing information records.
• Coordinate with corporate contact persons to obtain prior approvals for all requested services from companies.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments and proactively manage delays to maintain service quality standards.
• Notify appropriate teams of patient arrivals and coordinate departments for timely, effective service delivery outcomes.
• Collect, record, and reconcile co-payments, service fees, and related financial documentation accurately per approved procedures.
• Respond professionally to inquiries, concerns, and minor complaints, escalating issues when necessary to higher management.
• Ensure authorization, confidentiality, and secure handling of all medical records and corporate documentation without breaches.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, reports, and clerical documentation, submitting updates to management as required timely.
• Support departmental operations, client engagement, promotions, workflow improvements, and other assigned duties by leadership directives.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Education BSc degree in a medical related field of study
Experience 0-1 years employment in relevant fields
Language Fluency in written and oral Kurdish, Arabic and English
Work Hours 36 hours per week, 6 days a week according to scheduled shift

1.Self-motivated, pro-active in dealing with issues, logical thinker with eye for details and willingness to learn.
2.Numerate and IT literate with excellent working knowledge of MS office tools.
3.Highly organized and a strong planner
4.Able to work and pressure and handle several tasks at the same time and able to meet goals.
5.Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence for a devoted and empathetic caring of patients
