This collaboration aims to strengthen awareness of the critical role of antenatal corticosteroid therapy in enhancing fetal lung maturity and reducing complications associated with preterm birth, ultimately improving maternal and neonatal outcomes.

One Team Leader and one Medical Representatives to join our team in Baghdad - Karkh and for Baghdad – Rusafa.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance sales team.
• Conduct regular field coaching, joint visits, and performance evaluations.
• Build a strong team culture focused on accountability, discipline, and excellence.
• Manage team workload, territory alignment, and coverage planning.
• Execute brand strategies and marketing plans effectively.
• Drive product launches and campaign ex*****on.
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.

Requirements:
