An introduction to Nihan Organization
Nihan organization for education and Mental health: was established in July 2021, in Erbil - Kurdistan Region-Iraq, under the rules and instructions of NGOs with cod (5234). It is a volunteer and optional organization; it was found from the perspective of the necessity of existing NGOs in the society which have an effective role in the development of the society. It was established to play such a great role and work on the goals that directly develop the capacity of individuals and the capability of society as well.

بەشداری نوێنەری ڕێكخراوی نیهان
لە ڕێكەوتی28/5/2025 لە شاری بەغداد، نوێنەری ڕێكخراوی نیهان بەشداری كرد لە كۆنفڕانسی كۆتایهاتنی پڕۆژەی تەتویڕ 2، كە لەلایەن ڕێكخراوی مەسەلە و ڕێكخراوی یوپی پی ئیاڵی بە پاڵپشتی دارایی یەكێتی ئەوڕوپا ئەنجامدا.
ئەم پڕۆژەیە لە دوو بەش پێكهاتبوو، ڕێكخراوەكەمان وەك سەب گراند لە بەشی یەكەم بەشداربوو، لە پای ئەمە بڕوانامەی تەواوبوونی پڕۆژەكەی پێبەخشرا.
On May 28, 2025, a representative from Nihan Organization attended the TATWEER 2 project completion conference in Baghdad. The event was hosted by Masala and UPP, with funding from the European Union. Nihan Organization was a sub-grantee in the project's first phase and received a completion certificate..

في 28 مايو 2025، شارك ممثل منظمة نيهان في بغداد في حفل اختتام مشروع "تطوير 2" الذي نظمته منظمة المسلة و UPP بدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي. كنا من بين المنظمات الشريكة في المرحلة الأولى من المشروع، وحصلنا على شهادة تقدير.

جێگای خۆیەتی سوپاسێكی تایبەتی ڕێكخراوی میدیای پزیشكی و دەستەی بەڕێوەبەرانی بكەین كە هاوكارێكی زۆر گەورەی ئەم ڕاهێنانە بوون، هەروەها زۆر سوپاس بۆ سكرتاریەتی یەكێتی مامۆستایانی كوردستان، كە هاوكار بوون لە دابین كردنی شوێن بۆ ڕاهێنان و زۆر سوپاس بۆ بەشداربووان.
بەڕێزان ئەم ڕاهێنانە بەردەوامی دەبێت تا كۆتایی ساڵ. بۆیە دەرچووانی بەشەكانی (دەروونناسی، كاری كۆمەڵایەتی، ڕێنمایی دەروونی، كۆمەڵناسی و كلینیكەل سایكۆلۆژی) دەتوانن بە بێبەرامبەر بەشداری بكەن.
The third group
Capacity building for unemployed graduate’s sociologists and psychologists departments Nihan Organization in collaboration with Medical Media Organization conducted a three-day training for about (15) graduates in psychological and social departments. It practically trained the participants to improve their abilities and skills and made it easier to get jobs.
We thank the Medical Media Organization and its Board of Directors for their great assistance in this training and the Secretariat of the Kurdistan Teachers Union for providing the venue.
By the way, this training will continue until the end of the year. Therefore, graduates of the departments of (Psychology, Social Work, Psychological Counseling, Sociology, and Clinical Psychology) can participate free of training.
