Findings based on coronal, axial, and sagittal CBCT views:
• A hypodense radiolucent lesion measuring approximately 31 × 19 mm is observed in the left Mandible, extending from the distal aspect of tooth #35 to the distal of the third molar ( #38).
• The lesion presents with ill-defined, scalloped, and destructive borders.
The lesion has resulted in the following effects:
1. Thinning and erosion of both buccal and lingual cortical plates.
2. Inferior displacement and involvement of the inferior alveolar canal (IAC).
3. A pulpo-periapical lesion is evident at the apices of the premolar roots.

بر اساس نماهای کرونال، آگزیال و ساجیتال CBCT:
• یک ضایعه رادیولوسنت هیپو‌دنس با ابعاد تقریبی ۳۱ × ۱۹ میلی‌متر در سمت چپ مندیبل مشاهده می‌شود که از ناحیه دیستال دندان شماره ۳۵ تا دیستال دندان سوم مولر (شماره ۳۸) امتداد دارد.
• این ضایعه دارای حاشیه‌های نامشخص، اسکلپ‌دار و مخرب است.

ضایعه باعث ایجاد اثرات زیر شده است:
۱. نازک شدن و فرسایش صفحات کورتیکال بوکال و لینگوال
۲. جابجایی به سمت پایین و درگیری کانال آلوئولار تحتانی (IAC)
۳. وجود یک ضایعه پالپو-پری‌اپیکال در اپکس ریشه‌های دندان‌های پرمولر
