انواع #استومی چیست؟

بصورت کلی می ‏توان استومی را به روش ‎های گوناگونی دسته بندی کرد اما آن چیزی که بیشتر در اینجا مدنظر است استومی‏ های دفعی است، یعنی انواع استومی که از آنها مواد دفعی مانند #ادرار و #مدفوع خارج می‎ شوند.

این نوع استومی ‏ها به سه گروه کلی تقسیم می شوند.

#کلستومی
#ایلئوستومی
#یوروستومی
لازم به ذکر است که هر کدام از این گروه ‏ها با توجه به شرایط بیمار و بیماری و یا تکنیک #جراحی به زیر گروه ‎های متنوع دیگری ممکن است تقسیم شوند.

فرق #استومی با #استوما چیست ؟
معمولا به قسمتی از روده، که از جداره شکم بیرون گذاشته شده است “استوما” گفته می‎ شود و به این عمل یعنی تعبیه سوراخی در جداره #شکم و قرار دادن استوما از میان آن و بر روی شکم استومی اطلاق می‎ گردد.
یعنی بطور خلاصه “در عمل استومی برای بیمار استوما تعبیه می‎شود.”
استوما به قسمتی از روده گفته می شود که به دلایلی از جداره شکم بیرون گذاشته شده است و توسط بخیه به جدار شکم ثابت شده و مواد دفعی بدن از طریق آن خارج می شود.
عمل جراحی برای ایجاد سوراخی بر شکم و قرار دادن استوما بر روی شکم را استومی می گویند.
در واقع جراحی استومی بر روی افرادی انجام می گیرد که قادر نیستند مانند افراد عادی بطور طبیعی دفع ادرار و مدفوع داشته باشند.
استومی‏ های دفعی یعنی انواعی که از آنها مواد دفعی مانند #ادرار و مدفوع خارج می‎شوند مهم ترین و شایع ترین نوع استومی هستند.
