Sjósund og vöðvaslakandi sána loksins komin til að vera á Dalvík.

Þá er Sánan Travel Sauna Iceland loksins komin á Sandskeið 8 á Dalvík. Sánan er tilbúin í að taka á móti fólki í sjósund og finnska sánu. Það var tekið vel á móti sánunni á Sandskeiðinu í dag, þar sem krakkarnir fengu að setja mark sitt á sánuna með krítum í sólinni.

Tökum vel á móti Hafmeyjunum á morgun (laugardaginn 18.apríl 2026) í fyrsta tímann á nýja staðnum. ❤🦄🦄🙏

Our Sauna has a new fancy door. We spend two days to have it ready but it was worth it. The door is amazing and we had great time making it happen. 🤩🤠😎.

The sauna is ready for rentals during the Summer time. It is possible to rent it out in Reykjavik and outside of the capital area.

In his youth, Húni, a professional basketball player, soon discovered his fascination with the human mind and behaviour. He studied Reiki, hypnosis, and life coaching. In his spare time, he authored several books on personal growth, some of which became bestsellers on Amazon. Additionally, he contributes to developing the Jabez Orphanage School in Kenya, helping 35 children gain better life opportunities.

Magdalena is one of our instructors and a manager at Travel Sauna Iceland. She is full of energy and always ready for an adventure. Having travelled to more than 40 countries, she speaks 6 languages. Her passion for travel and sports brought her to Iceland, where she taught capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art. Now, she works as a guide and sauna instructor.
