Emma was one of my very first Students here in Iceland, many years ago. I was just starting to teach and I could not predict or understand the depth, the beauty, the importance and the transformation that lomi lomi would give me, my Students and their Clients...

But I could feel deep in my heart that this practice was lifechanging.

I knew, since the beginning, that I wanted to teach lomi lomi as more than just a massage. I wanted to teach it as a journey to the self.

All these years I have been doing my best to teach people not just to give amazing, professional massages, but to bring more love, authenticity and freedom to their lives through this practice. And I will continue doing so, because this is what I believe in with all my heart.

My next lomi lomi training is 6-13 October in Hellnar, Iceland. It is open for total beginners as well as practitioners of lomi lomi and other healing arts ❤️

There are so many different experiences in massage. But one thing is always there and that is "presence"! Giving a massage can become a deep meditation - both for the giver and the receiver. It becomes a journey and a prayer. In full awareness of the NOW - each new moment is a precious discovery.
I often hear from my guests that my massage is very powerful, strong and yet gentle. And in my experience the deepest impacts happen in the moments of stillness - the moments in between motion.

Aloha everybody.

I would like to invite you to take part in my three-month workshop to awaken your spiritual heart! If you want to find out how deep is your love, join me on 7 Sunday afternoons from March to June

Come to a free introduction this Sunday 26. March, from 16:00-18:00.

Some of you might know that I am also a Hatha yoga teacher in a ta***ic yoga school, Natha Yoga Center Reykjavik and that I have developed a deep interest in all matters of the heart.

This is a three-month workshop full of life-changing wisdom and practical techniques. The meetings will take place in a relaxed atmosphere on seven Sunday afternoons at Natha Yoga Center. We will talk about selected topics connected to love and the spiritual heart, and practice simple yoga postures and meditations which help to awaken a state of pure, unconditional love in us.

Through the duration of the three months, we will be able to notice a clear transformation in our being. When we are truly connected and settled in our spiritual heart, we are experiencing life more balanced and in a state of pure love, joy, and harmony.

I wish you all a very happy and healthy new year! Having a healthy body and mind is most important for HAPPINESS. And treating yourself with a deep & transforming massage can work wonders for this. In lomilomi massage, you can experience a state of inner healing, the release of stuck emotions and tensions, and you can reach deep states of relaxation and happiness.

In January & February, you can book a massage on Thursdays at 13:30. Each session is about 2 hours long, with 1,5 hours of lomilomi massage.
