Join the 12 Days of Invoking The Light

Join me live online for a transformative 12-day morning Sadhana, a spiritual practice designed to nourish and illuminate your inner self. This journey will guide us through the holiday season, a time when our Agni, or "digestive fire," is essential for maintaining health and vitality.

Did you know that we record monthly sound journeys that you can enjoy virtually from the comfort of your home? You are not in zoom do not have to be on a screen and can even enjoy these from bed or your yoga mat.

For those of you not in Iceland or who are unable to make a in person sound journey with me this option is just as good. In fact I receive my own sound medicine this way. I listen to our recordings when needed as a recharge or before bed. It is recommended you listen with headphones and adjust the volume to your comfort level. Loudest setting is not better when receiving sound .

This is how it works. Once you purchase and the recording is released you have 7 days to listen to it as often as you would like and at your optimal time.
Each Sound Journey there are unique pairings acceding to the planetary and collective energies. Each Journey is unique and individual as you 💜

I am delighted to be making my first trip to Iceland next week, where I will be joining Saraswati Om Sound Medicine to offer sacred chanting with the community there. Saraswati has been teaching yoga and making incredibly healthy living food for many years; she and I met ages ago through our mutual friend and inspiration Shyamdas, so it will be a bit of a reunion of the sort that always moves me deeply. Woke up to a new eruption🌋
Humans are the only species that think they outsmart Mother Nature .
When she is the creation of life herself.
We are not separate from her but part of nature and made of the elements themselves.

To live on a volcanic island and by nature that is so raw and untouched , new Earth and its purity is very humbling.

Our heart and prayers are with the people of Grindavik . All of Grindavik has been evacuated safely.

Here is my birthday wish for humanity in 2024

May we all experience deep peace within ourselves more love and self acceptance . May we protect our inner peace above all else and remain undivided . Our life force and energy is a hot commodity choose wisely what you give it to. May we lift others up instead of knocking down.
May you be gentle with yourself . Every breath is a New Year , a new day, a new moment enjoy it. Instead of operating from the mind set of “ A New Year A New You” try accepting all of you because we need you . Lastly be boldly you because no one else can .
