Góðan daginn! 🌞 Did you know that you can do something about biting/ grinding the teeth in the night?
Maybe you wear a bite splint while sleeping to secure the teeth but the reason why you grind the teeth is not gone!

Our chewing muscles are the most powerful ones in our body, lots of tension is holded in the jaw over lifetime. Emotional stress is mostly holded there for decades.
I offer as Rebalancing deep tissue massage therapist/teacher help to release the face and chewing muscles and the connected fascia around.

Since 2011 I am treating successful my clients with this issue:
• they sleep better,
• they are painfree in their jaw
•they look sometimes 10 years younger after a session after releasing the tension,
• they feel lighter,
• they are more aware when tension is building up in their body and
• they learn in my transformation coachings how to handle stressfull situations better!

How is your balance of giving and receiving?
We are often educated to give more than take for ourselves.
👉🏻 We give and give too much to others, our job, our boss, family and relationships and we forget to nourish ourselves.

The 3rd of 10 Rebalancing sessions is about 'to give and receive'. Opening the whole side of the deeper muscles from the neck over the rips, hip and the legs, you will be more aware of how much you give to others and take for yourself.
Your rip cage expands and allows you more to feel your own energy, more space and more aliveness.

“Connection with yourself only comes in moments of silence.”

When did you have the last time the feeling, the time is standing still? There is only the you and the moment - no past, no future, you inhale and exhale and watch in yourself what is happening. Feel the connection to your breath, to your gut, to your arms and legs etc... how do you treat yourself?

Mostly we forget our body until he answers with pain, tiredness or other challenges! Then we will do something not before.
Maybe time to take a moment and connect with yourself again...! Enjoy!!
