Góðan daginn! 🌞 Did you know that you can do something about biting/ grinding the teeth in the night?
Maybe you wear a bite splint while sleeping to secure the teeth but the reason why you grind the teeth is not gone!
Our chewing muscles are the most powerful ones in our body, lots of tension is holded in the jaw over lifetime. Emotional stress is mostly holded there for decades.
I offer as Rebalancing deep tissue massage therapist/teacher help to release the face and chewing muscles and the connected fascia around.
Since 2011 I am treating successful my clients with this issue:
• they sleep better,
• they are painfree in their jaw
•they look sometimes 10 years younger after a session after releasing the tension,
• they feel lighter,
• they are more aware when tension is building up in their body and
• they learn in my transformation coachings how to handle stressfull situations better!
