It is a transformative bodywork therapy that can change the way you experience your life.

- A client came for a family constellation session this week.
“This is one of the most powerful and healing experiences I had in my life! I’m feeling so supported, energetic and released!” the client told me after the session.

You deserve to live your life with joy, healthy connections, self-esteem, strength and inner peace and harmony.

Do you have always a ‘helpersyndrom’ or becoming quickly angry which sucks your energy out, you feel depressed, sad, hopeless, restless or lonely mostly all the time?

🪷I guide you in my family constellation coachings (since 2008) through systemic blockades in the family system.
Unconciously we are following or carrying something from our familiy members which doesn’t serve us in our life.
Family or collective trauma, like war or other heavy life events, accidents, su***de, abortion or secrets are affecting our lifes as well!
Depression, abuse of alcohol, drugs or addiction, feeling lonely, selfsabotage or difficult relationships could appear.

Thoughts of the day ✨

When we come out of survival mode,
the real, abundant life begins to unfold. It can feel both strange and miraculous - because for the first time, you’re not running. You’re living.

My client said after her session,
‘I’ll just spent time with my body today.’
At 62, after a lifetime of hard work, she realized she had never imagined feeling strong energy flowing through her body - connecting and speaking to her legs that had been numb and tense for years.
In our session, I worked with the consciousness of body parts through Rebalancing Deep Tissue Massage and inner part work by IOPT (Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy by Franz Ruppert).

Something beautiful happened - she felt deeply connected to herself and her body again, in true unity. Her back and neck pain released through emotional expression, and she ‘woke up’ in a new, alive body.

I’m so grateful for her radiant smile and the glow in her eyes after the session.🙏

Góðan daginn! 🌞 Did you know that you can do something about biting/ grinding the teeth in the night?
Maybe you wear a bite splint while sleeping to secure the teeth but the reason why you grind the teeth is not gone!

Our chewing muscles are the most powerful ones in our body, lots of tension is holded in the jaw over lifetime. Emotional stress is mostly holded there for decades.
I offer as Rebalancing deep tissue massage therapist/teacher help to release the face and chewing muscles and the connected fascia around.

Since 2011 I am treating successful my clients with this issue:
• they sleep better,
• they are painfree in their jaw
•they look sometimes 10 years younger after a session after releasing the tension,
• they feel lighter,
• they are more aware when tension is building up in their body and
• they learn in my transformation coachings how to handle stressfull situations better!
