Together with .reykjavik we would like to invite you to join us for a peaceful sound bath evening tomorrow, Sunday the 12th March. It will be a time to immerse ourselves in sound and silence, quieten the mind, relax the body and release tensions or stress accumulated in our bodies.
We start at 18:30, so please give yourself enough time to come and get a spot (18:20 the latest). Please bring a mat and a blanket with you. Wear comfy clothes, open your mind, set your intentions and allow yourself to experience what comes to you with no expectations 😊

I've teamed up with Edition by Marriott Spa in Reykjavík to create amazing heated sound relaxation sessions in their Hammam 😍 It's a 45-minute group relaxation and we do it on selected Sundays at 11:00 AM. After our sound session you get to stay at the Spa for a couple of hours and use the Hammam, hot tub, sauna and steam bath 🥰 You also receive delicious refreshments after our session to help you get back to your senses after a deep dive within 🤩 More info about the event and bookings in the link in the comments 😊 See you there 🙏

Dear Friends,
Starting this week, every Friday at 17:00 I am doing a 45-minute group meditation in sound in different intention every week (or the same, if that's what comes) completely free of charge and everyone is invited to join 🥰
Regardless of the amount of people that come, I am going to do this meditation every Friday at my studio in Ármúli 24 (2nd floor, ) and you are free to join any time you feel it 🙏
If you decide to come, please arrive no later than 16:50 so we have time to take our spots and get into the sound journey 💖
Please wear comfortable clothes and switch your phones off. You can bring a blanket and a yoga mat with you, although I have a few so maybe they will be enough 😊
