Enjoy to feel the energy from the Icelandic nature
Everyone is able to do „The Icelandic Qigong“ – It consists of deep cleansing breathing, meditation and movements. You open up for the Qi – the natural energy - to every cell of your body. Qigong helps you to remove the inner fear and gives you the strength to perform what ever you want. Qigong practitioners live in the present without fear.
The Icelandic Qigong exercise-system is probably one of the most powerful in; meditation, mindfulness and spiritual empowerment in the world.
The Icelandic Qigong can be performed either outside or inside. We choose the place due to the weather-forecast.
Thor (Thorvaldur Ingi Jonsson) has practiced Qigong for 10 years. He studied Qigong from masters from Iceland and China. Thor will also give you a short lesson in Qigong and teach you to enlighten the Qi in your body.
