Happy Astrological New Year ✨

Today the Sun moves into Aries
and we meet the Spring Equinox -
the moment where light and dark stand in perfect balance.

A threshold.
A turning point.
From here, the light begins to grow.

Across time and cultures,
this has been honored as a moment of renewal,
of rebirth, of beginning again.

And this year… it feels especially potent.

We are not starting from nothing.
We are stepping into what has already been unfolding within us.

This is a 1 year in numerology •
a year of new beginnings.

And within this cycle,
we are already moving through the Year of the Fire Horse.🔥

It carries the spark of passion,
creation, and forward movement. 🔥

Something new is asking to be lived. 🔥

The state of our heart matters 🤍

One of the things we explored in my recent course Reignite Your Inner Spark is something both simple and profound.

Research from HeartMath shows that the heart creates a measurable electromagnetic field around the body and when we interact with others, these fields interact.

Which means the state we bring into a moment doesn’t just stay inside us.

So sometimes I pause and ask myself:

What am I feeding the field right now? ❤️

Not because we can fix everything.
But because intention matters.

snow stretching wide,
mountains steady under a vast sky.

Full Moon in Virgo. Lunar Eclipse.

A moment to put it down.

The need to get it perfect.
The harsh inner voice.
The old story of “not enough.”

Virgo’s medicine is sacred wholeness.
Not fixing, but honoring.

Tonight, I release.
And return to enoughness.
