Back to work after summer holidays...
That's the power of irrigation and bioceramic sealers: look at the healing after 4 months!
3D cleaning protocol makes the difference, thanks to intracanal heating and ultrasonic activation of irrigating solutions. Bioceramic sealers also seem to accelarate the healing process of huge periapical lesions.

The new One Reci by Coltene Micro Mega in action.
I found 20.04 file really efficient in tight and difficult endodontic anatomies: it's able to negotiate canals, to reach the apical third and to preserve root dentine, thanks to its geometry, flexibility and reciprocating motion.
