A 60' free online seminary on the classic techniques of Aufguss: how to master the usage of the oven, the ice, water and product and most of all, move the air and not (only) the towel!

Masterclass Tecniche Aufguss, il training avanzato definitivo sulle tecniche di ventilazione riconosciuto AISA come formazione avanzata per Aufgussmeister ritorna a settembre.

Il corso si svolgerà nella giornata di domenica 28 settembre presso la palestra di Crossfit Crabs a Cassola (VI), indicativamente dalle 9 alle 18.

Ci saranno due docenti di primo livello:

* Łukasz Dłużniewski : campione del mondo Aufguss WM team 2016 e 2019, vicecampione del mondo Aufguss WM team e singolo 2018. Vincitore Freestyle Masters 2018. Hanzo Aufguss Art

* Robert Heinevetter : Per la prima volta dopo moltissimi anni ritorna in un training in Italia il fondatore di Aufguss Roots e uno dei più rinomati e innovativi trainer di Aufguss a livello mondiale

I due docenti saranno inoltre affiancati nella formazione dagli istruttori Aufguss.it Enrico Ganassin e Riccardo Marzi per garantire un rapporto corsista / trainer efficace.

La Masterclass potrà coprire sia le tecniche classiche che il 1° che il 2° livello di tecniche avanzate. Il livello verrà identificato in base al livello di partenza del corsista, si raccomanda una buona padronanza delle tecniche base. In questa masterclass potranno essere affrontati tutti i movimenti che possono essere utilizzati in un Aufguss moderno, in una competizione di Aufguss show o Freestyle!!

Aufguss Techniques Masterclass, the definitive advanced training in waving techniques recognized by AISA as advanced training for Aufgussmeisters, returns in September.

The course will take place on Sunday, September 28th at the Crossfit Crabs gym in Cassola (VI), approximately from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

There will be two top-level instructors:

* Łukasz Dłużniewski: 2016 and 2019 Aufguss WM team world champion, 2018 Aufguss WM team and individual world runner-up. Winner of the 2018 Freestyle Masters. Hanzo Aufguss Art

* Robert Heinevetter: For the first time in many years, the founder of Aufguss Roots and one of the most iconic and innovative Aufguss trainers in the world returns to a training program in Italy.

The two instructors will also be supported in the training by Aufguss.it instructors Enrico Ganassin and Riccardo Marzi to ensure an effective student/trainer relationship.

The masterclass will cover both classical techniques and advanced levels 1 and 2. The level will be determined based on the participant's starting skill level; a good command of basic techniques is recommended. This masterclass will cover all the movements that can be used in a modern Aufguss, an Aufguss show, or a freestyle competition!

Si è conclusa la Masterclass Waving Techniques di luglio 2025, un grazie a tutti gli istruttori che hanno dato lustro al corso Karolina Jarząbek, Łukasz Dłużniewski e Michael Niedermair per la professionalitè e la capacità di trasmettere la passione per l'aufguss. Non è da tutti i giorni avere tre campioni del mondo :)

Grazie anche a tutti i partecipanti per la passione, l'impegno e la fiducia nelle nostre attività!
