When a human being begins to study the teachings of the Upanishads, they often face many obstacles. This happens because the Gods become aware of it and know that once the individual truly understands the Self through this study, they will no longer offer rituals or gifts in exchange for favors.

That is why I always encourage you to perform puja: without this devotional practice, Vedanta cannot fully function.

Kundalini can be awakened through the combined work of three elements: fire, air, and mind. Pranic energy rises along the central axis of the body through the Sushumna nadi, making the subtle body as fine and sharp as a needle. This upward movement intensifies especially through the practice of Nadi Shuddhi, the purification of energy channels, while keeping the mind stable and focused on a single point.

Kundalini is the dormant pranic energy, described as energy coiled in spirals. Some texts speak of eight coils, while the Gheranda Samhita refers to three and a half. Many use the term "Kundalini" to attract people, introducing rules based on personal experiences, which is not acceptable in authentic teaching. If the awakening of this energy were central to the path, the classical texts would explore it in greater depth.

Practicing Nadi Shuddhi will create a luminous envelope around your body. First, learn to perceive it; then you can expand it both vertically and horizontally, thereby increasing the width of your aura. For example, when I teach, I expand my prana horizontally, including all of you within it. This allows me to sense your state and if something is bothering you.
