1. You were BORN Italian🇮🇹🧬
The Court confirmed that citizenship is a permanent, absolute, and imprescriptible right. It’s not a "gift" from the government; it’s a status you acquired the moment you were born. It doesn’t expire, and it can’t be "timed out."

As many of you know, over the past few weeks there has been much discussion regarding the recent Constitutional Court hearing held on March 11 and the discussion in the aftermath couldn’t have panned out in any more discouraging way.

🙌 Although it’s been a while and we’ve patiently waited to see how the discussion would evolve, we want to clear the air and reinforce one message: this is only the beginning!

Optimism remains incredibly high as we prepare for the next steps.
Here is what you need to know right now:

📢 The Final Word is Not Yet Written!
It is crucial to remember that a final written judgment has not been released yet. We are currently analyzing the official press release only, yet until the full reasoning is published, we cannot determine the exact legal roadmap, but we are ready to adapt and fight!

🌟 Why the "Turin Case" is Unique:
The Turin referral had specific technical hurdles that don't necessarily apply to everyone:

👩 This case involved citizenship via the maternal line, which is not considered a vested right. Because these cases require proactive legal action for recognition, they occupy a different legal space than other citizenship claims.
