✨Con THRIVE-CARE si chiude un percorso intenso di scambio, ricerca e costruzione collettiva intorno a un’idea di salute come diritto, pratica democratica e leva di trasformazione sociale.
🌱In questi mesi abbiamo lavorato insieme a Gesundheitskollektiv Berlin e Le village 2 santé, operatorɜ, attivistɜ e comunità locali per rafforzare strumenti, competenze e pratiche utili a costruire una primary health care più equa, partecipata e capace di rispondere ai bisogni delle persone che vivono situazioni di marginalizzazione. Il progetto ha messo al centro il lavoro interdisciplinare, la partecipazione comunitaria e la necessità di costruire servizi di salute realmente accessibili e radicati nei territori.
📕In questo percorso ha preso forma anche il toolkit del progetto, che abbiamo discusso in incontri nei nostri territori e che continueremo a usare nel nostro lavoro, con l’auspicio che possa essere ripreso e utilizzato anche da altre persone e realtà. Il toolkit è disponibile sul nostro sito in sei lingue.

✨With THRIVE-CARE, an intense journey of exchange, research and collective work comes to a close, centred on an idea of health as a right, a democratic practice, and a driver of social transformation.
🌱Over these months, we worked together with Gesundheitskollektiv Berlin and Le village 2 santé, practitioners, activists and local communities to strengthen tools, skills and practices aimed at building a more equitable and participatory primary health care, capable of responding to the needs of people living in situations of marginalisation. The project placed interdisciplinary work, community participation, and the need to build truly accessible and community-rooted health services at its core.
📕As part of this journey, the project’s toolkit also took shape. We discussed it through meetings in our local territories, and we will continue to use it in our work, hoping that others too will engage with it and make use of it in their own contexts. The toolkit is available on our website in six languages. ✨
