🔥You have been breathing since the day you were born. Nobody ever taught you how.
😱But still, with every breath you take, you activate
- diaphragm
- rib cage
- deep spinal muscles
- psoas
- pelvic floor
𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱? That is your body telling you something.

😱𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸. 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀.

1- One hip rises.
2- One shoulder drops.
3- The back works harder than it should.

This is not a posture problem. This is a pattern. And patterns can change.

🔥😱𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄: 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀!
Most people only train glutes for shape or strength.
☝️But one of their biggest jobs is 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗽.
f the pelvis loses support, the whole upper body starts compensating above it...one sign is one shoulder is hanging. This is why posture is rarely just posture.
🔥𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

🔥☝️𝗜𝗳 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿… 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿.

If the pelvis loses stability, the upper body starts compensating above it:
- one shoulder hangs lower.
- neckt tightens
- breath shallow
🔥𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻.
👉Instead of only stretching the shoulder:
1- Practice slow single-leg standing.
2- Improve ribcage mobility with twists
3- activate glute med

😱𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗿𝗮𝗽 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘁.
And when they become rigid, your ribs stop expanding properly.

🔥The serratus and latissimus wrap around the upper body almost like a corset.
And when they become tight,
-the ribs lose movement.
-Breathing becomes smaller.
-Rotation becomes restricted.
-The upper body starts feeling armored.
👉❤️Try this wrapping movement to open your ribcage.
Not just pulling.
Opening.
Because the body is layered.
It spirals.
It adapts.
And sometimes the body does not need more force.
It needs more space.

😱𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗿
🔥A tight upper body is often more than “tight muscles.”
- The ribcage can slowly lose movement.
- Breathing becomes smaller.
- Rotation becomes restricted.
☝️The body starts holding tension instead of creating space.
Most stretching only pulls muscles.
But your upper body is layered. It twists. It spirals. It adapts.
👍Do this instead.

🔥A lot of people are not breathing deeply. They are surviving air intake.
☝️𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
- Rib movement.
- Fascia movement.
- Pressure movement.
And many upper bodies stopped moving well years ago.

🔥𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗔 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻
A 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
It is often a whole-body adaptation:
- The pelvis tucks under.
- The lower back flattens.
- The glutes grip.
- The rib cage collapses.
- Breathing changes.

🔥☝️Your body adapted to years of sitting, bracing, sucking the stomach in, stress, reduced breathing, reduced movement.

☝️The body stores patterns. This is not random. And once you understand the pattern,
you stop fighting symptoms and start understanding the body.
That is where change starts.
