In Dance 4 yourself, si danza ad occhi chiusi, in un spazio protetto e libero da ogni giudizio.
Dance 4 yourself is a mindful and expressive movement practice that encourages individuals to explore their bodies, emotions, and creativity through dance. Participants engage in spontaneous, free-form movements,ย accompanied by diverse music, promoting self-discovery, emotional release, and a deeper connection to the present moment.
In this conscious dance experience, participants wear blindfolds to intentionally heighten their sensory awareness. By removing the sense of sight, individuals are encouraged to rely more on their other senses, deepening their connection with their bodies, emotions, and the surrounding environment during the dance practice.
Simultaneously, the shared energy of the group amplifies the experience, creating a deeply supportive and profoundly inspiring atmosphere in a safe and free environment.
