👋 Angelika, Abteilungsleiterin UV-Verklebung, stellt sich vor!
„Ich heiße Angelika Gruber und arbeite seit mehr als 30 Jahren in der Produktion, wo ich als verantwortliche Abteilungsleiterin der UV-Verklebung tätig bin. Die Arbeit ist sehr umfangreich und herausfordernd. Sie beginnt mit der Vorbereitung der Aufträge, Planung des Tages und Einteilung der Mitarbeiter, denn durch die verschiedenen Wünsche der Kunden ist jeder Tag anders. In unserer Abteilung sind auch mehrere Roboter und automatisierte Anlagen im Einsatz. Es gilt diese zu überwachen und eventuelle Störungen zu beheben.“

"Mi chiamo Angelika Gruber e lavoro in produzione da più di 30 anni, dove sono la responsabile del reparto di incollaggio UV. Il lavoro è molto ampio e impegnativo. Si inizia con la preparazione degli ordini, la pianificazione della giornata e l'organizzazione dei dipendenti, perché ogni giorno è diverso a causa delle diverse esigenze dei clienti. Nel nostro reparto sono in funzione anche diversi robot e sistemi automatizzati. Questi devono essere monitorati e ogni guasto deve essere eliminato".

"My name is Angelika Gruber and I've been working in production for more than 30 years, where I'm the head of the UV gluing department. The job is very extensive and challenging. It starts with preparing the orders, planning the day and organising the employees, because every day goes different depending on the customer's wishes. There are also several robots and automated systems in use in our department. These need to be monitored and any faults must be rectified."

✨ Das Jahr 2025 ist zu Ende gegangen, und 2026 beginnt mit einem Rückblick auf die Erfolge des vergangenen Jahres.
Das gesamte Messejahr stand im Zeichen des Wachstums: Mit 14 Messeauftritten in 5 Ländern, darunter erstmals Frankreich (Paris) sowie zwei Termine in den Niederlanden, konnte Duka seine internationale Präsenz weiter stärken. Einer der wichtigsten Momente war zweifellos die CERSAIE 2025 in Bologna, wo unser komplett neu gestalteter Messestand auf äußerst positives Feedback gestoßen ist.
Nicht zu vergessen der Gewinn des Archiproducts Design Award für die Schiebelösung der libero 4000 – eine Auszeichnung, die uns mit großem Stolz erfüllt.
2025 war zudem ein Jahr voller Produktneuheiten: Die Erweiterungen der Linien multi-S 4000, libero 4000 und libero 2000 sowie die neue Glasoberfläche Bronze unterstreichen unseren klaren Fokus auf Individualisierung und Designvielfalt.
Und was bringt 2026? Neue Projekte und große Herausforderungen warten auf uns. Wir sind bereit!

✨Il 2025 si è concluso e il 2026 inizia portando con sé i successi dell’anno appena trascorso.
L’intero anno fieristico è stato all’insegna della crescita: 14 partecipazioni in 5 Paesi, tra cui per la prima volta la Francia (Parigi) e due appuntamenti nei Paesi Bassi, hanno rafforzato ulteriormente la presenza internazionale di Duka. Uno dei momenti più significativi è stata senza dubbio la fiera CERSAIE 2025 a Bologna, dove il nostro stand, completamente rinnovato nel look, ha raccolto moltissimi feedback positivi.
Da non dimenticare la vittoria dell’Archiproducts Design Award con la soluzione scorrevole di libero 4000, un riconoscimento che ci ha riempito di orgoglio.
Un anno importante, segnato da numerose novità di prodotto: l’ampliamento delle linee multi-S 4000, libero 4000 e libero 2000, insieme alla nuova finitura vetro Bronze, che ha valorizzato ulteriormente la nostra attenzione al concetto di personalizzazione.
E il 2026? Ci aspettano nuovi progetti e grandi sfide. Siamo pronti!

✨The year 2025 has come to an end, and 2026 begins with a look back at the achievements of the past year.
Our entire trade fair season was marked by growth: With 14 trade fair appearances in 5 countries – including our first time in France (Paris) and two events in the Netherlands – Duka further strengthened its international presence. One of the undisputed highlights was CERSAIE 2025 in Bologna, where our redesigned booth received very positive feedback.
Equally noteworthy is the Archiproducts Design Award for the sliding solution of the libero 4000 series – an award that fills us with great pride.
2025 was also a year rich in product innovations: the extensions of the multi-S 4000, libero 4000 and libero 2000 series, along with the new Bronze glass finish, underline our strong focus on customization and design versatility.
And what does 2026 have in store? New projects and exciting challenges await us. We are ready!

✨🎄 Wir feiern gemeinsam mit unseren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern ein weiteres Jahr.
Am Freitagabend haben wir hier bei Duka Weihnachten in einem neuen Format gefeiert: mit einer Stehparty, Aperitif am Weihnachtsstand und anschließendem ‚Flying Buffet‘. Viele Gespräche, Ehrungen und die unverzichtbare Tombola machten den Abend besonders und spiegelten den Geist von Geselligkeit und Verbundenheit wider.

✨🎄 Festeggiamo un altro anno insieme ai nostri collaboratori.
Venerdì sera abbiamo celebrato il Natale qui in Duka con un nuovo format: una festa stand-up, con aperitivo allo stand natalizio e, a seguire, buffet di antipasti, primi e dolci. Tante chiacchiere, onorificenze e l’immancabile tombola hanno reso la serata speciale e ricca di convivialità.

On Friday evening, we celebrated Christmas here at Duka in a new format: a stand-up party with an aperitif at the Christmas stand, followed by a flying buffet. Many conversations, awards, and the ever-popular tombola made the evening special and reflected a true spirit of togetherness and connection.

🎒 Im Dezember durften wir zwei Gruppen des Berufsbildungszentrums „Christian Josef Tschuggmall“ bei uns begrüßen: die 1. Klasse der Berufsgrundstufe und eine Gruppe von Schülerinnen und Schülern mit erhöhtem Unterstützungsbedarf. Beide Besuche boten spannende Einblicke in die Berufswelt – wir haben uns sehr über das große Interesse und die Begeisterung gefreut!

🎒 A dicembre abbiamo avuto il piacere di accogliere due gruppi della scuola professionale “Christian Josef Tschuggmall”: la prima classe de un gruppo di studenti con maggiori esigenze di sostegno. Entrambe le visite hanno offerto interessanti spunti sul mondo del lavoro: siamo stati molto contenti del grande interesse e dell'entusiasmo dimostrato!

🎒 In December, we had the pleasure of welcoming two groups from the vocational school “Christian Josef Tschuggmall”: the first-year class of the basic vocational programme and a group of students with increased support needs. Both visits offered exciting insights into the world of work, and we were delighted by the great interest and enthusiasm shown!

🎓 👩‍💻 Letzte Woche durften wir in der Duka Studierende der Freien Universität Bozen willkommen heißen.
Die zukünftigen Absolventen der Fakultät für Ingenieurwesen erarbeiten im Rahmen der Vorlesung „Produktionssysteme und Industrielogistik“ eine Studie zu den Prozessschritten in unserer Produktion. Das Projekt ist Teil der „Industry Challenge“ der Freien Universität Bozen in Zusammenarbeit mit Duka. Bei der Betriebsbesichtigung erhielten unsere Gäste Einblicke in unsere Produktionsabläufe und konnten sich direkt vor Ort mit unserem Team zur Fallstudie austauschen.

🎓 👩‍💻 La scorsa settimana abbiamo avuto il piacere di accogliere in Duka gli studenti della Facoltà di Ingegneria della Libera Università di Bolzano. I giovani laureandi stanno elaborando, nell’ambito del corso “Sistemi di produzione e logistica industriale”, uno studio sulle fasi di processo della nostra produzione. Il progetto fa parte della “Industry Challenge” della Libera Università di Bolzano in collaborazione con Duka. Durante la visita aziendale, i nostri ospiti hanno avuto modo di conoscere da vicino i nostri processi produttivi e di confrontarsi direttamente in loco con il nostro team sulla case study.

🎓 👩‍💻 Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from the Free University of Bolzano to Duka.
As part of the course Production Systems and Industrial Logistics, future graduates from the Faculty of Engineering are working on a study focused on the process steps within our production. This project is part of the university’s Industry Challenge in collaboration with Duka.
During the company tour, the students gained valuable insights into our production processes and had the opportunity to discuss the case study directly on site with our team.
