🤝Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen duka und dem Arbeitsvermittlungszentrum Brixen stellt ein konkretes Beispiel dafür dar, wie der Dialog zwischen Unternehmen und Institutionen einen Mehrwert für das Gebiet schaffen kann. Der kürzliche Besuch in unserem Werk, an dem auch Landesrätin Magdalena Amhof teilnahm, bot die Gelegenheit, unser Unternehmen aus nächster Nähe vorzustellen und die von uns angebotenen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten aufzuzeigen.

La recente visita presso il nostro stabilimento, alla quale ha preso parte anche l’assessora provinciale Magdalena Amhof, ha offerto l’occasione di presentare da vicino la nostra realtà aziendale e i percorsi di sviluppo professionale che mettiamo a disposizione.

👨‍🔧 🔎Unsere Aluminiumprofile sind das Ergebnis eines mehrstufigen Prozesses, an dem zahlreiche Mitarbeiter beteiligt sind. Jeder Schritt unterliegt einer strengen Qualitätskontrolle, wodurch eine lückenlose Überwachung während der gesamten Produktionskette gewährleistet ist.
Aber wie funktioniert dieser Prozess eigentlich?

👉 Jedes einzelne Profil, das für die Herstellung unserer Duschkabinen benötigt wird, wird mit millimetergenauer Präzision zugeschnitten, gestanzt und gefräst.
👉 Anschließend werden die Profile mit funktionalen Komponenten wie Dichtungen, Laufrollen, Gleithaken usw. und Griffen ergänzt komplettiert
👉 Schließlich werden die fertigen Profile für die Montage bereitgestellt

I nostri profili in alluminio sono il risultato di un processo in più fasi che coinvolge numerosi collaboratori. Ogni fase è soggetta a rigorosi controlli di qualità, garantendo un monitoraggio continuo lungo l'intera filiera produttiva.
Ma come funziona concretamente questo processo?

👉 Ogni singolo profilo necessario alla realizzare dei nostri box doccia viene tagliato, punzonato e fresato con precisione millimetrica.
👉 Seguono poi diversi completamenti attraverso l´utilizzo di componenti funzionali come guarnizioni, rotelle, ganci scorrevoli e altro.
👉 Al termine della preparazione i profili completati vengono commissionati per l'assemblaggio finale del box doccia.

Our aluminum profiles are the result of a multi-stage process involving numerous employees. Every step is subject to strict quality control, ensuring seamless monitoring throughout the entire production chain.
But how does this process actually work?

👉 Each individual profile required for the manufacture of our shower enclosures is cut, punched, and milled with millimeter precision.
👉 Afterwards, the profiles are completed with functional components such as seals, rollers, sliding hooks, … and handles.
👉 Finally, the finished profiles are prepared for assembly.
