Non c’è maestro senza allievo.
Oggi cominciamo a presentarvi la comunità AYC ☺️.

Ecco cosa racconta della sua esperienza:
“I started practicing yoga three years ago. At the time, I was practicing running.
From the first class I fell in love with Ashtanga;
I immediately felt a wonderful energy. I was initially attracted to Ashtanga for its dynamism, but over time, I’ve noticed many benefits, not only in terms of strength and flexibility, but also mentally, concentration and emotional control.
Every time I practice, I go home feeling energized but also lighter, which is why I immediately decided to practice early in the morning before working and my daily routine.
It’s wonderful to see how you gradually change, both internally and externally.
I chose AYC because in that shala I found my second home.
The tachers Max and Erika immediately impressed me with their professionalism and dedication to teaching, always careful and loving with their students.
I feel lucky to have the opportunity to learn from masters who have received knowledge directly from the source according the Sharathji Jois lineage.”

Quando all’ esperienza ed alla competenza, si unisce la passione per l’ insegnamento nella forma più autentica ed un gran cuore del Maestro, non può che avvenire la magia in una sala con tanti allievi uniti dal respiro.
Con profonda gratitudine concludiamo i 3 giorni accompagnati da Gabriele Severini che ringraziamo profondamente per la sua inconfondibile energia e gentilezza d’ animo.

Ashtanga Yoga Cagliari
nasce nel 2017 dalla dedizione all’ insegnamento di Max Pascal e con la collaborazione e la passione per la pratica di Erika Pinna.
Max arriva a Cagliari nel 2014 introducendo in città il metodo dell’ Ashtanga Yoga con le classi in stile Mysore e weekend workshops.
Dal 2015 ha condotto il Mysore program come primo ed unico insegnante autorizzato in città.
Dal 2017 Max ed Erika offrono un programma annuale di classi regolari accogliendo tutti gli allievi che vogliono approcciare o approfondire la conoscenza del metodo.
Attualmente sono gli unici insegnanti a Cagliari a trasmettere l’ Ashtanga Yoga nel sistema tradizionale indiano con l’ autorizzazione all’ insegnamento del maestro Sharathji Jois dello Sharath Yoga Center a Mysore, India.
Da lunedì 8 Settembre partirà la nuova stagione 2025/26.
Iscrizioni aperte per tutti, dai principianti assoluti ai praticanti della serie avanzata A.

Ashtanga Yoga Cagliari
was founded in 2017 from Max Pascal’s dedication to teaching and the collaboration and passion for practice of Erika Pinna.
Max arrived in Cagliari in 2014, introducing the Ashtanga Yoga method to the city with Mysore-style classes and weekend workshops.
Since 2015, he has taught the Mysore program as the first and only authorized teacher in the city.
In 2017, Max and Erika started an annual program together of regular classes, welcoming all students who wish to start or deepen their practice.
They are currently the only teachers in Cagliari teaching Ashtanga Yoga in the traditional Indian system, authorized to teach by Guruji Sharath Jois of the Sharath Yoga Center in Mysore, India.
The new 2025/26 season will begin on Monday, September 8th.
Registration is open to everyone, from complete beginners to advanced A series practitioners.
