Respira

Respirate lentamente e profondamente, seguendo ogni respiro, diventando tutt'uno col respiro.
Poi lasciate andare tutto.
Immaginate di essere un sassolino gettato nel fiume.
Il sassolino affonda nell'acqua senza sforzo.
Distaccato da tutto, copre la distanza più breve e infine raggiunge il fondo, il punto di massima quiete.
Siete come un sassolino che si è lasciato cadere nel fiume, dimentico di tutto.
Al centro del vostro essere c'è il respiro. Non c'è bisogno di sapere quanto ci vorrà per raggiungere la quiete assoluta sul fondo di sabbia sottile sott'acqua.
Quando vi sentirete come un sassolino che riposa sul letto del fiume, comincerete a trovare la quiete dentro di voi.
Non sarete più come una foglia al vento.
