We are proud to announce the successful factory acceptance test (FAT) of our high-vacuum furnace: the TAV H4 model THS 40/40/60 - All Metal. 🚀

This advanced system is headed to a prestigious Asian customer specializing in high-end medical titanium prosthesis. The furnace will be dedicated to the sintering of titanium implants with high biocompatibility.

Technical Highlights:
• Process: Vacuum sintering of titanium beads and particles onto substrates to create high-performance porous coatings.
• Capacity: 400mm x 400mm x 600mm (W x H x D).
• Performance: Maximum temperature of 1450 °C, operating in a controlled argon partial pressure environment and in high vacuum.
• Control: Full PLC management of heating, timing, and cooling rates via a user-friendly terminal, with comprehensive data logging for total traceability.
