We are pleased to announce the successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of our TAV H7S - TPH 90-50-120- HP horizontal vacuum furnace. This milestone solidifies our commitment to delivering high-end solutions for the most demanding industrial environments. 🚀

Our client - a global leader across multiple sectors - required a highly specialized system tailored for critical aerospace applications. Engineered for uncompromising precision, this furnace is specifically designed to process advanced superalloys and execute complex heat treatments, including CMSX-4 single crystal superalloys, CM247 LC, MARM 247 LC, and Inconel (718, 17-4 PH)

Technical Specifications
• Capacity: 900 mm (W) x 500 mm (H) x 1200 mm (D)
• High Performance: Features advanced fast cooling capabilities.
• Precision Control: Equipped with retractable thermocouples for superior temperature monitoring.
• Working vacuum level: 1E-4mbar, 1E-5mbar (range)
• Temperature Uniformity:

Let’s start this week with a new !
Fabio, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Politecnico di Milano, joined the TAV VACUUM FURNACES team in 2022.

As a Test & Quality Control Engineer, Fabio manages several steps of the process, including electrical panel startups, PLC software testing, and functional performance verification. He also supports FATs, performs global onsite commissioning (SATs), and provides comprehensive training for our customers' personnel.

His technical expertise, combined with his precision and "can-do" attitude, is key to providing accurate, high-quality service to our customers.

We are proud to announce the successful factory acceptance test (FAT) of our high-vacuum furnace: the TAV H4 model THS 40/40/60 - All Metal. 🚀

This advanced system is headed to a prestigious Asian customer specializing in high-end medical titanium prosthesis. The furnace will be dedicated to the sintering of titanium implants with high biocompatibility.

Technical Highlights:
• Process: Vacuum sintering of titanium beads and particles onto substrates to create high-performance porous coatings.
• Capacity: 400mm x 400mm x 600mm (W x H x D).
• Performance: Maximum temperature of 1450 °C, operating in a controlled argon partial pressure environment and in high vacuum.
• Control: Full PLC management of heating, timing, and cooling rates via a user-friendly terminal, with comprehensive data logging for total traceability.
