➡️ Breathe in for 4 seconds…

➡️ Hold.

➡️ Breathe out for 6 seconds.

➡️ Repeat for three rounds.

As you breathe in, visualize light pouring into your heart. When you hold, retain your intention vividly in your mind. As you breathe out, release all the doubt, or anything inhibiting your growth in the present moment. Put one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly. And as you breathe quietly, notice how comforting that feels.
