Onboarding 2.0!
We have transformed our process to ensure that all new colleagues receive a consistent and enriching welcome, regardless of their department. All new hires are now introduced to our company, business, products and the ATS Business Model ( ) via a comprehensive onboarding booklet.

Key innovations:
• Office Buddy: An experienced colleague, rather than the direct manager, will guide new starters through daily company life.
• Quarterly onboarding sessions: Group meetings with key managers and guided tours of the facilities.

Feedback from new employees confirms the value of our structured, cross-functional approach. This approach fosters a 360° view of the company, a greater sense of belonging and interdepartmental connections, and is a concrete step towards a more inclusive and collaborative experience for all.

We’re proud of the Comecer team for successfully completing a Kaizen event focused on improving internal processes using the methodology, with the goal of reducing delivery times in complex projects. The work was carried out simultaneously across three key streams:
- From customer request to internal kick-off meeting
- From kick-off through design to production release
- From production start to FAT completion

This initiative exemplifies how, by adhering to our continuous improvement guidelines, we create value through the commitment and creativity of our People, the rigorous ABM-driven Process improvements, and the Performance goal of reducing lead times and enhancing project effectiveness.
A big thank you to Derick Hart, ABM Director, for facilitating the session, applying the ABM methodology, and driving process improvements.
And of course, a huge thanks to all the participants for their dedication, collaboration, and energy!
