It feels like time for a proper reintroduction. Not the polished version, but the real one 😉
I’m Catie, founder of Barre Series, but more than that I’m someone who has always been deeply curious about how we feel in our bodies, not just how we look in them. I love slow mornings (when my boys allow it), strong coffee, long walks that turn into longer thoughts and movement that feels like a conversation rather than a punishment. Barre Series was never just about workouts for me. It’s about energy, confidence, connection. It’s about those moments where you suddenly stand a little taller, breathe a little deeper and remember who you are underneath the noise. Some days I’m leading classes, some days I’m building behind the scenes, some days I’m figuring it all out as I go. And in between, I’m a mum, a dreamer, a bit of a perfectionist, and someone who cares a lot about creating spaces that feel good to be in. If you’re here for the movement, stay.
