Tonight we shared our last meal with a group of Artists, from the USA, UK, Ireland and the land down under.

Having from is always a pleasure and his 10 days retreats, allow his guests the time to not only create amazing artwork but to really feel like they are home.

and smashed it in the kitchen, making pastas and sauces from scratch, with a real focus on health, pleasure and balance. This group were eager participants in every meal, it was an absolute pleasure to host them.

We hope to see them back, the next time their hearts need to be filled with all things Italy. 🇮🇹🍷🍹

has arrived to prepare for the On Camera and Audition Ready retreat that starts on Wednesday with and . The first port of call is to make final arrangements with Natalie re the yoga, menu and daily activities for our group of actors. When in Rome, or in this case Umbria, we of course take our meetings with coffee and a view.
