I guide heart-centered individuals to emotional healing, mind mastery, and spiritual growth through holistic counseling, yoga therapy, and the wisdom of the yoga scriptures. Holistic counseling is a transformational approach that combines ancient yoga wisdom with modern coaching techniques to help you find balance, clarity, and inner well-being. Unlike traditional therapy, which mainly focuses on the mind, holistic counseling works on multiple levels: mind, body, energy, and spirit. This means we don’t just change the way you think—we change the way you feel, react, and create your life. Many people seek my guidance because they feel stuck in one or more areas of their life. Who is Tina? I’m someone who always finds the bright side and loves making things simpler and lighter—not because life is always easy, but because I trust that life does not make mistakes. I believe that everything happens to teach us something, to help us grow. Life just happens—we can’t control it. The only thing we can control is what’s happening inside us: how we feel, how we respond, and how we experience the world. Everything shifts when you love yourself, when you embrace your human experience, and when you realize that you can feel the way you want to feel—no matter what. That’s true freedom. But beyond this, I also have over 15 years of experience as a spiritual teacher, yoga therapist, and holistic counselor, and I’ve had the honor of helping people worldwide transform their lives. I’ve written two books on how yoga wisdom can help you release emotional baggage, and my approach blends ancient Vedanta teachings with modern coaching and psychology. It works, it’s powerful, and most of all… it’s easier than you think! Life is not stable.
And it was never meant to be.
Nature moves.

Your body changes.
Your energy rises and falls.
Your mind shifts moods, beliefs, stories.
Relationships transform.

This is not life attacking you.
This is life being alive.

Every human change brings emotions —
tears come,
fear comes,
heartache comes,
grief, confusion, resistance.
This is normal.

Nothing has gone wrong.

The suffering begins only when you identify with the change.

Because what truly you are
does not change.

In the ancient scriptures this is called Sat Chit Ananda:

• Sat – that which exists, beyond time
• Chit – pure awareness, that which knows
• Ananda – innate fullness, not emotion, but completeness

Your body changes.
Your mind changes.
Your emotions come and go.

But you, the one who observes, remain.

As the Bhagavad Gita teaches:

“Just as the body passes through childhood, youth, and old age,
so too it passes into another state.
The wise are not disturbed by this.”

And the Upanishads remind us:

“That which changes cannot be the Self.
The Self is that which witnesses all change.”

So let the waves move.
Let the tears fall.
Feel the ache in the chest.
Allow the unpleasant emotions.

But keep a little inner distance.
Observe.
Breathe.
Stay rooted.
The storm passes.
The sky remains.

As Christmas arrives, the world becomes a little quieter.
The air softens. The mind pauses.
And in that silence, something sacred becomes possible.

Not a new identity.
Not a dramatic change.
But a gentle remembering of who you are beneath the noise.

Every spiritual path speaks about the same truth:

rebirth from within.
Christmas is the symbol of light appearing in darkness.

A reminder that even the smallest spark can illuminate a whole life.
That every ending holds a quiet beginning.

That you can rise again — even when you feel tired or lost.

This is my wish for you:

May you experience a small moment of inner stillness.
May your breath soften, your shoulders drop, your heart remember:
“I am still here. I have not given up.”

You are not behind.

A small Christmas practice:
Place a hand on your heart and whisper:
