Che bomba tornare live dopo un po' di stop 🔥

Sabato scorso a Sellia Marina (Catanzaro) abbiamo sfidato un caldo tropicale ma ne è valsa ogni goccia di sudore, grazie di cuore allo staff de La Tarantula per l'accoglienza, a Gianluca di CMI productions per aver organizzato la serata e a Bastardi e Dracula Drivers nonché a tutti i presenti per aver condiviso l'autan.

Our first European tour is in the books and we couldn't be more satisfied about it. We traveled for many many kilometres, played nine shows in five different countries, met a lot of cool and nice people along the way, discovered new places we happened to love. We played in a container, in the hallway of a laser tag, in a public square, we slept and showered (that's something, you know), we ate tons of kebab and junk food, we had fun being together. That's it, we couldn't ask for anything more.

Many thanks to all those who made this possible, booking us a show and making us comfortable, or suggesting contacts and spreading the word in the time of need. Even only answering to our messages (that's something, you know). None of this will be forgotten.

Many thanks to our friend and driver who took care of these three clowns, he's THE man you need if you're willing to tour in Europe in the best way. But please notice that he's like the fourth Consumer now so we'll be jealous.

Many thanks to all the awesome bands we shared the stage with, to those who bought merch and chatted with us, this means the world to us.

Many thanks to all our friends from Satania for the outstanding support you've shown after, during and before the tour. That's something, you know.

As we always say, being on tour is great but stressful for everyone, and for a band from Sicily it's like 10 times more. But it is possible anyway, you "only" need to actually stick with it, be patient and behave. The rest will come. We love doing that and for sure this will be the first but not the last experience of this kind.

Zwickau was sweet! Thank you DIY Drückbar, cheers to 20 Liter Yoghurt, A Guy Named Lou and Harry Breast for having shared the stage with us and many thanks to the people at Georgenplatz.

Consumer

ENG: Consumer is a blackened sludge metal band born in 2018 in the harsh wastelands of Catania, Sicily, Italy.

The three-piece blends all of the influences already shown in other projects in which the members are involved - Fordomth, Torpore, Nerobove, BuiOmegA - resulting in a stifling mixture of sludge and black/death metal. Heavy and riff-driven music, dizzy breakdowns and furious blastbeats, self-blaming and bad habits: that's all you need.

The band's first single "Solicitous" has been released on November 25, 2019. The band’s self-titled debut EP has been released on April 3, 2020 via Fresh Outbreak Records, Mother Ship, Impeto Records, B***d Factory, Nut Records. ITA: Consumer è una band blackened sludge metal nata in un'inospitale Catania ad agosto 2018. Il trio unisce le influenze già mostrate negli altri progetti in cui i membri sono coinvolti - Fordomth, Torpore, Nerobove, BuiOmegA - risultando in una commistione di sludge e black/death metal. Musica pesante e riffoni, breakdown vertiginosi e convulsi blast beat, autocommiserazione e cattive abitudini: tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Il primo singolo "Solicitous" è stato pubblicato il 25 novembre 2019.

La band ha rilasciato il proprio debut EP omonimo il 3 aprile 2020 tramite le etichette DIY italiane Fresh Outbreak Records, Mother Ship, Impeto Records, B***d Factory, Nut Records.
